i agree with chili Alienware is about as good as it gets. these other guys are right too about building your own computer too, but who are you going to bitch at when something goes wrong. what do you think you will be doing most with your new computer the most is the real question. •make movies ( i duno) •play games (Alienware) •surf the net (what ever ) •graphics (print -mac) (web both) •music (mac)

i must say thank you for this bit of information. i will use it when i must. the problem i have with this are: why should i have to leave the room and come back to get proof my team did not talk, what if the guys with the camera cards don't die till the end of the round? what if the round starts before the person who had to jump out gets back now his team has to play a man down. what if the team you are playing had to start a man down or you are plying on the Merc side?, now you have to leapfrog back to the game, more time wasted. All when the clans you are playing are supposed to be playing with Honor & Integrity. like i said i did not know you could do this and if we have to we will uses it. sorry i missed it the 1st time you posed it. this thread is going very fast and i type very slow.

• there is unfortunately no way to prove who the offender is when this rule gets broken.  this [ i believe ] causes some people to take advantage of this rule in a couple of ways. 1. were in, they talk and accuse the other clan of talking, then take a round by typing.  this really can really through a clan for a loop and cause them to play poorly, especially if they really believe they truly believe they did not talk. not to mention now they have to decide weather or not to dispute the call. if you know for sure one of your guys did talk well its no big deal. 2. people say things to try and trick people into talking, i suppose this is a legit tactic. they kinda do it in football right? to get people move before they are supposed to.[ i hate football ] • not everyone sees the countdown at exactly the same time. + • people get really wound up when playing in this tournament.  i do believe there is another active post right now that talks about just that.  is it possible that this rule should just be a guideline for respectful clan behavior.  since it can not be proved and it seems to be causing so much controversy

i was just kidding about the hospital. but that was the most excited i ever got over a dam video game. most of us had excepted our time in UF3 was over going into the war. but then we pulled it off and won, most kills in one game i ever got. now keep in mind it was fault breach, and we used lots of RPGs so it really was really one sided. anyway... i was up all night i got so wound up. and i heard reports of other strange stuff happing in our camp that night. like one guy went and woke his wife from a sound sleep to giver a hi five yelling WE WON WE WON. but yes we all get excited to some extent... people make dumb mistakes and and little slip ups all the time. if they don't they are not playing right. i think it is even worse when you are the new guys on the block too.

thats why i don't get to play as much these days, in UF3 they had to take me to the ER after APC attacked our stronghold.

i was wondering why this time you did not make list of links to all the clan sites. or did you and i missed it? I bet it was a lot of work to place all the logos as you did in the past, but maybe we could start a simple list or something. well since this post is no longer about rockets, i will try and follow you guys. i would like to how some of you other clans will be picking your POWs. will you pick them based on their performance during the war? will you be letting the person in charge just pick. will you let your guys just volunteer? we at [odc] have been training for the possibility being captured. we have come up with a nice volunteer system to choses the POWs should any of you get 1 or 2 or 12 us. i was just curious as to how some others may go about the not so easy task picking the unlucky POWs. we thought it would be more fun if the wining team pick the POWs from the loser… maybe next time.

wow thats funny, that was my original reason for my post way back on page one of this thread yesterday. i looked real hard for something i could reply to so i didn't just look like just another "sig check". then i came back to check on some sig changes, and honestly was curious to see if anyone responded to my post, that one way back on the 1st page, the one about rockets. and found all of this... anyway... hey Col. what's up? remember we are all here to have fun everyone
