This is the way I figure it... 2k9 was DREADFULLY bad. With all the glitches and bugs flying around that game, it wasn't even close to the caliber of The Show or even previous 2k games. So what I'm guessing is that this game has so many more bugs and glitches than its predecessor that it makes it nearly impossible to throw a perfect game.

Just a feeble attempt to draw attention from the only Baseball Video Game Franchise that matters anymore...MLB The Show. I couldn't stand 2K sports games, but I believe I tried 2 years ago's edition...no bueno. Tons of flaws and glitches. Not that The Show was bug free it's first year, but they've advanced leaps and bounds.

I love The Show like nuts and I hope that this year they fix the online system like they promised. If online matches were stable, we'd finally be able to have our leagues without problems (aside from people not playing).

 

I can't wait for 2k games to lose their MLB license. The way EA has been owning the sports field and improving every year, I would LOVE for EA to take over and show 2k how it should be done (aside from The Show)

EA made the best baseball franchise until they lost their license. MVP Baseball was GREAT (so was Triple Play in it's day), but they lost their license and the college version was just boring. I can't wait to see if The Show holds up on it's word. The league was fun last year in the short time it lasted. Matty and I had some NASTY slugfests lol. I got dibs on my Cubbies this year though!
