Yeah, like a lot of people here, it's the Twitter thing that is a turn-off to me. Make it a UF account entry (if you could do that) or just a thread, or poll, or actual contest (like post of picture of yourself wearing UF or doing something funny). There's my quick input.

I used to be like some of you guys all twitter hating and stuff... Hell I still don't even have a Face Book and no plan for one either. I did give Twitter a whirl a while back though and found I could get a lot of information fed to me through my smart phone. Information that is difficult or impossible to get anywhere else about video games, sports teams, mma etc. It's a handy little tool that I now use on a daily basis.

 

I think these contests are a way for the directors to advertise the Urgent Fury name on twitter and for us to win a little something here and there.

I never used twitter but I get it. You don't have to use it as a social networking tool... it can be very useful to everyone that reads news on the web. Think of it as a tool you can use to subscribe (follow) people/companies/etc and then get all your news in one place... and like Crusty said many times you will get to read things you wouldn't see otherwise.
