Anybody going to see 10,000 B.C.

It was a pretty good movie all in all. Some parts seemed to drag on a bit, but the action scenes were very good as well as the story line. I'll give it 4/5.

NOTHING of those previews made sense in any kind of time line.

Sabretoothed Tigers......Mammoths......repitlian looking dinosaurs.....and then these great mayan-like temples.

Do ANY of these things really intersect in the history of the world??

Sabertooth Tigers and Woolly Mammoths were known to exist 12,000 years ago at the same time and those weren't dinosaurs, they were gigantic carnivorous birds. I don't see how that doesn't make sense lol.

I knew about the 'tooths and mammoths......but those did look like dinosaurs in the previews.

 

I don't know, either way, I didn't have a pull to go see this movie.

Oh I admit in the preview they did look like dinosaurs, and even in the movie they reminded me of a bird-like velociraptor.

Just by the title I knew I didn't want to see this movie. 10,000 B.C. is not the correct term. Forgive my "keep god out of school stuff" but the correct term is 10,000 B.C.E. BC refers to before christ and AD is anno domini, the correct terms are before common era and common era. I found using BC in the title annoying but hey when you have cavemen fighting dinosaurs 12,000 years ago what do you expect.

Jokes on you Chil, the movie did take place 12,000 years ago . 2,000 years AD plus 10,000 years BC = 12,000. ;D
