Ok to make it fair, I'll list the things manga based that i've seen, and you can tell me if i've made good/bad choices to base my opinion on:

 

akira - boring

Crying Freeman - not too bad, I like mark dacascos

Ghost in the Shell - pretty cool

Ichi the Killer - bad ass

Initial D - initial dumb

Inu Yasha - wow, saw this on cartoon network, what a stupid show

Fist of North Star (animated) - not bad, but i fell asleep

Fist of North Star (live action) - chris penn, right? lol watched it for laughs

Battle Royale - awesome movie, better book...i think the site is wrong as manga came after book n movie

Guyver 1 and 2 (live action) - 1 was ok, if you like campy stuff..the 2nd was worse than The Fly 2

Cowboy Bebop - seen on cartoon network...dumb, but not the worst by far

Trigun - worse than cowboy bebop

Alive - said was based on manga, but wasn't..the site i'm looking at is stupid...but the movie wasn't too bad

Princess Mononoke - uh....highly overrated, and that is me being nice

Vamp Hunter D - good one

Vam Hunter D bloodlust - if this is the 2nd one with the stupid space, then it blows

3x3 Eyes - not bad

the Lensman - i liked it lol kinda dorky, but i liked it

 

ok i really don't have time to research this. if you find a comprehensive list, i'll do it, since i've seen more than i can find

Looks pretty good to me Path. The only one I'll disagree with is Akira. It is kinda boring, but when you look at when it came out, 1988, it was groundbreaking at the time. I must have watched it about 40 times when it was new. I really do like that movie, but it is hard to watch these days. Maybe I'm just getting old.

 

 

Oh, and Hentai is Anime porn.

Dude thanks for embracing your nerd, thats all I have to say about it haha.....all the movies that you say are overrated are from almost 20 years ago, when did you see them, I watched them while growing up so maybe ten-eleven years ago. Its your choice what you like lol im just saying 20 years is a long time you can't compare old art styles to this new pop art style.

Yea I hate them especially the street fighter one, it made guile the main character, damn asshole had a accent agg I was also pissed that E.Honda was a damn Hawaiian.
