Another PS3 Problem ...

I think u have to call sony, its called the blinking red light of death, hope u have a warranty, try playstation.com forums, that might help a little.

Umm yea that happened to me call sony tell them whats happening and then if your warranty is still there they will send you a box then you send your ps3 then they either repair or send you a new one.

damn that sucks, your last hope is to send it back to daddy sony and let them try to fix it. they will probably send you a new one.

yep they transfer it for you, idk what my cousin did but he is always lucky like that he got a lifetime subscription to rolling stones for free and for the daily news also. idk he gets lucky like that.

Nope I lost 1000s of family pics that I was gonna transfer to a flash drive.They also told me they couldn't save the data on it so whatever your cuzn has or did cdbs its different because me and dub didn't get this lower price or them saving our data.

They couldn't transfer my data, and it would have cost me $150 until they found out that it was a software problem and I got a new one for free. (Out of warranty)

Just tell'em that its scratching your disc in a circular motion,then they will apologize and tell you to send it in and fix it for free.They will also tell you where to send your so called scratched disc for a new one.Dont worry about that part.
