Well. You Have To Use Make The Top Part Of The Sig Transparent And Then Place The Either Already Rendered Object Over The Actual Sig Portion Or Place A Picture And Render It Yourself. You Can Do So By Using The Cut Tool In Photoshop.

 

The Final Step To Making It Transparent On The Top Is Saving The Picture In A .PNG Format Instead Of A .GIF or A .JPG

You can still save as a .gif and the transparency will remain. It just won't be as quality of a graphic.
