Red we understand exactly what you are saying and completely agree with you. I will reiterate that this is similar to PlayStation Plus... it is completely voluntary, there are no requirements. This option does offer benefits for both user and Urgent Fury.

Well we have been discussing this for a long time, when the poll was started we were not quite ready to share some of the ideas, but I felt that we should give you guys of where we were going with this. We all agree that there has to be some benefits as well.,not just the ads going away for you personally. Sorry I did not include this in the original post. I really did expect more reponses to the post though

Please send me screen shots to shane @ urgentfury.com we have had 3 reports and are trying to track it down... we do believe it is an ad. What concerns me is you say 10 days when we only made the ad change 2 days ago.

I am not sure what has gotten under your skin, but... the only mention in the deal about podcasts is direct from www.snaketreemedia.com point 2... I guess I am not surprised you are referring to the past... still not sure what you are referring too but waste of everyone's time since this post still serves no purpose. point 3... since this is the first time we have ever had an issue, it caught us off guard and there is a new process in place to prevent this in the future. But as for it being all our fault, perception is reality, weather true or not. Final point... it is great when anyone wants to give good feedback, there is an avenue for this and anytime we receive a suggestion, it is on the table at the next weekly meeting. We decide if it is something we are going to investigate or set aside. The staff take their time on everything that is done, and to do anything that would compromise the standards we have is not acceptable. Does not matter if you a longtime veteran, an approved or non approved clan, all suggestions are reviewed by the staff at some point.

Ok round 2 of let's get our facts straight... SnakeTree Media is not a UF owned site, that is Viper's business and we chose to help promote him. He does great voice work and some clans can attest to that as well as PSNation.org. And once again not once did it ever advertise that it would be on the podcast. And you are correct the deal is over so it is not longer being offered. That money goes to SnakeTree Media. as for You keep saying another thing... what others have there been... this is the first time we have ever had to pull a contest. And yes the reason matters... when a game publisher asks us to do something, we don't ignore them. And how UF is to blame, I can't wait. And Johnson has already posted an update.

I am going to respond to two of your points, and the Tournament Team can respond to your other statements First of all the LA Noire was pulled because no one notified RockStar that we were doing the contest and they asked that it be taken down because permission was not attained. You know that is the first time it has happened and we respected the request. As for the second half of your statement, not only is it unfounded it was out of line. Once again you are out of line here... not once have we charged any clan for an advertisement nor have we placed a clans advertisement on the Podcast since we have been here, nor have we ever even offered for a clan to pay for an advertisement on the podcast. I kindly ask everyone that wants to make statements like this, contact a staff member first to make sure your statements are correct.

We took a very close look at the screen resolutions of our users before we set the width of the site... Did you know that over 70% of UF's visitors have a screen width setting 1440 or less. This makes the ad zone for most visitors less than 100px wide on each side. The Endurance ad is 120px wide. Other changes we have made, include adjusting the post width so that when the endurance adzone is in a post, it makes sure that 90% of the available space is used in the post as well.
