I was watching this video again, and again, and again. Anyway, are those countermeasure decoy flare's coming from that AC130?!! After that guy on the ground fires what appears to be some sort of Stinger missile.

Report: Gamers stay gamers for life EMA report: Gaming is a life-long hobby Its funny that this study came out. I recently had this discussion with my wife. I basically told her, I'm 35 years old, so I don't see myself "growing up" and putting down the game controller, ever. This also brings up another good point. I would venture to say the average eldest age for a gamer is probably in the mid 30's. Granted, there a few there are above this, but not many. This is probably due to the fact when arcades and game consoles came onto the scene. Which is about the time most of us 30 somethings got the gaming bug. The Atari 2600 came out in 1977 and is credited with making the plug-in concept popular among the game-playing public, according to wikipedia. So, do you see yourself at 60, 70, 80 years old playing the next game system as much as you do now? I don't see anything changing in my life. I'm hoping gaming keeps my brain working to avoid Alzheimer's. Hell, I'm grooming my 2 year old to be a gamer now. I bought her a V-Tech when she was one. lol I can see it now...instead of +30 clan, it will be +70 clan. lol

Oh, NO DOUBT. They have already said there will be a map pack for the XBOX shortly after release. I think all these companies have realized the extra money they can make on one game. Think about it. If you want to keep up with the Joneses, if you will, CoD:WAW cost $90 for the game and KZ2 will cost you $78. I think its common practice for these Dev's to make several map pack's along with the game and release them a little bit at a time. -
OMFG! This game looks sick as friggin' hell. At least they listened about being able to control the gun ship. Now you can shoot the damn thing down without some unreal AI hitting you through a 3 inch hole in the wall.

I'm with Backlash on this one. One question though is 1.5 supposed to contain the new weapons and snow vigilance? No thats not 1.5, that is the DLC coming out....I dont know if the dlc is 1.6 or if its after 1.6 That's the problem there. No one knows anything, even the douche bags that made this game.

No, you actually swim. Another cool thing to do is to play as a Scout and plant all three explosives around the flag. Wait for the enemy to show up and blow em' to hell. I did this from a sniper roost and watched two guys literally go flying through the air. I got 30 points, 20 for the two guys and 10 for the vehicle they showed up in. I do that all the time. You can't swim on the Coral Sea Map. Oh, OK. I haven't played Coral Sea Map yet, thanks for the info. Also, they need to fix the issue when you spawn right in front of the barrel of a rifle or a tank cannon.

I think I pretty much got these type of forums down when put up pics and renaming links, etc. Again, thanks to UF and its community. My question is about the other "type" of forums. Playstation.com, SOCOM.com, and MAG.com. They are all the same "type" of forum. How do you upload pics in your thread? How do you rename a link? How do you put a link in a pic? SOCOM.com and Playstation.com have an "insert image" on their forums, but MAG does not. But for all three, I still cannot figure out how to rename a link. Here at UF, its pretty simple. On the other type, its not so easy (IMO) and I'm getting pissed off. And getting help on those other forums is hit or miss (usually miss), not like here where you get an overwhelming response. Hell, SEQUOYAH asked for free adults sites and got three pages with about 30 links, in about 10 minutes. lol Which is BTW, the best thread EVER, here at UF!

OF:DR will be releasing another vid tomorrow with more game play. According to the previews, this game is as close to war without actually being there.

You win a cookie! Infinity Ward cleared that up by announcing the Prestige Bundle will cost $150 dollars. Along with that the Hardened Edition (special edition without the goggles) will cost $80 dollars. Both will obviously be on retail shelves come game launched alongside the normal $60 dollar version of the game. -

1 Map Pack Couldn't fix the host leaving issue, or wouldn't. No rumble for dual shock several glitches not fixed IF you remember or were ever there on their website forums the players helped more then the company trying to troubleshoot connection issues. There was more communication from the company for the 360 side even though there were more numbers on the PS3 side. I use to say IW was the worst in terms of support or communication but /6 has taken over that spot so IW is #2. Yea, Shane is right. IW is definitely deep in MS pockets. Its soooo obvious. But money talks. We should be thanking our lucky stars that the XBOX didn't buy up exclusivity. -

That says it all right there. If it wasn't for UF, I wouldn't be playing Socom.. and Uncharted Beta DID have less problems, which is ridiculous. Speaking of Uncharted, this is a real TPS game. http://www.gametrailers.com/video/exclusive-multiplayer-uncharted-2/52603 The MP version of this game looks cool as hell. I'm completely done with SOCOM come fall...DONE!

Yea, its a dog fight map only. And Marauder your right about only being $15. I think its a great game for that price. I also realized that I'm totally a FPS fan over TPS. I didn't get that with KZ2, but this game reaffirmed it.
