Is there any corrupted data on your ps3 or did it freeze while saving a video or something cuz even the smallest amount of corrupted data can mess with the ps3 try a quick reformat. It also could be if your running on a wireless router the signal could mess with the bluetooth my friends ps3 was like that so he went back with a wired connection and the problem disappeared. Or Your controls are simply broken.
