I'm going to kill someone, pretty soon. lol SOCOM IS NOT EXCLUSIVELY NON-RESPAWN.!!!!! Its like you guys are so brainwashed, you dont even care if there is a needle sticking out of your apple. lol There are MANY rooms that ARE respawn, you all just choose not to play in them (good choice by the way. lol) sorry for tangent.

But its still in your ad. If you switch to Xbox we can work together on building a great clan. ;D

Then i guess it is the better game.. lol We play Hardcore Sabatoge ("Demo" in Socom) we "turn off" respawn, & it fukin rules.!!! Do it against another clan on Wet Work and you're good to go for hours of INTENSE strategic game play.!! Also we can change the round time, bomb plant time, diffuse time, time till explosion, & how many rounds to play to win & to switch sides, from every round to none. ;D (plus there are about 10+ other options you cant play with) I'm not saying CoD is better than Socom, (well i guess i am, but only because of the issues with Socom) I'm just saying CoD is a GREAT game, just as good if not better than any shooter out there. (if Socom didn't have the issues it would definitely be a toss up & i would probably own a PS3. ) And if all you need are options to change game modes or a ton of other things.. you should try it. lol I guess it's good to know you think I'm a moron Chili. :-\ While you can argue till you're blue in the face about HC S&D, it doesn't change the fact that COD IS built around Respawn. I can't just log into servers and play fun games unless I got, 1) enough clan members on or 2) enough friends that aren't already doing their own thing. So the guy jumping on at an odd time(like a sick day) is fucked if they want to play. Define "built around respawn"...? Thats like saying Socom is built around patches..!? You cant say you hate it because you hate respawn.. you just cant, that is asinine, & i know YOU are smarter than that. BOTH games have respawn modes, & Both games have non respawn modes. It is up to YOU to choose which one you want to play. (we have played in full leagues/tourney's of HC S&D, no tubes, no glitching, nothing but pure Adrenalin filled, strategic gaming.!!) Tell me if when you are home on a sick day you can log into Socom, go into a pubby respawn room & absolutely love it...? (if you say you love it, you are lying. lol) It's the same on CoD.. especially WaW for the slower pace. If you log onto WaW on a sick day & jump into a HC S&D room, you will find the same things you find in Socom... except it will be a more realistic view. lol And my whole point of my og post was to point out what has changed about Socom, not to bash it, or to praise CoD. ;D

Not at all Hog..!!?? I dont think you understood my point. im not saying dont play Socom, OR that it sucks, OR that no one should play it. I'm saying if anyone says "CoD sucks" because "Respawn sucks" that is just lame, BOTH games have respawn..!!?? Thats just like if i said Socom sucks because not having respawn sucks.. well if i said that i'd be stupid too, because i could play Socom in respawn rooms if i wanted. (obviously i wouldn't, i hate respawn. lol) Did i miss something..!? I honestly thought my post was well thought out & wasn't bashing Socom at all.? Just bashing opinions based on FICTION.! Everyone IS entitled to their opinion & if you dont like respawn, thats fine too, (i agreee) but you could complain about respawn in either game, respawn is not CoD specific. (like some opinions would have us believe) You have the option to play respawn or not to play respawn in either game. Ok way too many people i wanted to quote in this, so i wont, but the main thing that early Socom's had was it was the first one to do it.!!! (on console) If you didn't play PC games Socom was the most amazing thing ever.. you could actually log in, talk & play vs other REAL people.!!! That is what made Socom, Socom.! I remember the first time i put in Socom 1 and my buddy had to show me how to log in, etc.. i was fukin blown away.!! Now it is the standard in online multiplayer shooters. so Socom isn't "special" anymore it is status quo, so now we look at the details & compare it to other games instead of being in awe, by its groundbreaking features. ------------- On another note everyone who keeps saying Socom is better, special, or whatever because respawn sucks is a MORON.!! Socom has respawn, CoD has no respawn. You can choose to play it which ever way you want.!! That is the lamest excuse ever. If you cant figure out how to play Hardcore Search & Destroy on CoD you're just an idiot, not a Socom elite-est. lol CoD:WaW, Harcore - Search & Destroy is just as Strategy driven & slow paced as any Socom has ever been. The ONLY REAL point that anyone has to compare the two games is First Person vs Third Person. and if you can find a way to get used to it, it is 100 times more realistic, & makes you play more strategically.. (Hiding around a corner is NOT strategy, risking your life to see what the situation is, is. ;D --------- The Main thing people need to get over Socom is more friends playing another game.. lol If you have your clan & 10 other clans all playing the same game and played in rooms toogether it would be just as much fun, but people dont put in the effort to make that happen, so as long as socom is still being released, you all will still converge in rooms together. But it is refreshing to hear that the game is much more playable than it used to be.. I might have to borrow a PS3 to see just how much better it has gotten.. or maybe i'll just wait for the latest patch.

A scrimmage against DK is next to impossible on xbox.. Most of your Xbox guys are in the UK, & it is like 3am at our normal war time.

Awesome.. more Xbox'rs.! ;D If you're trying to branch out to PS3/Socom you came to the right place for sure.! Maybe we can think about getting some Xbox stuff going again here too. First things first. If you have a decent amount of PS3/Socom players, sign up for Hell Week. That is what we use to gauge a clan in both maturity & ability.. every clan must pass Hell Week before they are able to apply to enter any UF tournaments. Welcome to UF.

UFC looks like it might be pretty big. but only time will tell for how long. I do plan on throwing a single elim tourney for both systems though. ;D

Wat too complicated when we cant even get enough people to join on one game. lol If anything i would suggest a tourney for PS3. we just dont have the numbers for 360 (i still think more people play CoD4, but WaW is a better game)
