Its a fairly good strategy. There isn't a place you can't get shot in the water, that I know of anyway. So you should be able to shoot them and get the bomb to reset.

I'm wondering if the horrid server problems the last week and a half were caused by Sony getting ready to drop this? I usually don't see alot of lag, but the last week or so, it's been kinda strange. Like in last nights war, that was the most boots I've ever seen happen. I bet someone got booted 10-12 times between both teams. I dunno, so far home to me still seems like it's mostly hype. I don't like in the fine print you have to pay for a clubhouse. Either make it free or make it pay. Don't pull a BG and give some stuff for free and rape us on other stuff. :-\

Yes, it was an intense one Dub. I had a death grip on my controller for quite a few of those rounds. I knew it was gonna go down to that first nut. We'd definately like to see more of yous guys on the battlefield.

I'm sorry to report that cBF's run in this edition of Black has come to an end. We couldn't have asked for a better clan to send us packing, either. There is a pretty big difference in graphics fellas. You just barely notice it without a large 1080 tv. On my tv, it is a big graphics jump. Not enough to make me give up the box though. ;D

I love this game. The only reason I haven't bought it yet is Socom and Fallout. I have no time to play anything else right now. I play it when I go to my buddies house though and it's insanely fun. How is the online for it?

They were changed because COD gameplay was different than Socom, and the tourney didn't play quite right. Plus you couldn't turn them off.

I can't believe I'm using this game as an example, but meh.... COD4 was 50x better on Xbox. GTAIV was 50x better and got the better DLC deal. Forza Motorsport series is much better than the GT series. Madden is LOADS better on the box.(at least it was before I started my Madden boycott ) Orange Box was a joke on ps3. So far every game I've played on both systems has played better on the box. The graphics may have looked better on ps3, but gameplay was Xbox all the way.

Malu, I think you are taking it personally. I think Prime is mostly pointing out the complaining. I know if I'm having a fun night playing and someone cries everytime they die, it really kills the buzz from the game itself. Complaining on the forums is kind of the same thing. Every day since Socom came out there have been posts or threads put up complaining about one thing or another. Not to mention that the complaining has now forced changes that I feel are detrimental to the game. Like the people crying they couldn't run all the way across the map and have steady aim. So /sux changed it and now you can run a long ways and have little effect to your scope movement. So now that ruins the game for guys like me, who really loved the fact that rushers were penalized for running all the time. It allowed us more tactical minded guys to move at our own pace without worrying about it. Either way someone is going to be mad about it, is my point. I don't find the example of someone sitting around a corner with a rocket legitimate at all. It is no different than someone doing the same thing with a rifle. Either way there is a 95% chance yer dead. With how open these maps are, it's not hard to work around them if you know they are there. I personally don't use rockets. I will defend others right to use them though. I very rarely die from a guy camping a corner with a rocket. It's usually from quite a ways away, and since it's a crap shoot at distance, then more power to them. I'm not going to sit here and lie saying it never bothers me. I say to myself "fucking rockets" sometimes when I die by one. But why should my inability to avoid that scenario be reason to ruin someone else's good time? It shouldn't. To me it's similiar to the guys over at PSU that complain about snipers. That it isn't cool to get shot by a guy they can't see. It just seems like most people feel it's easier to complain about something than adapt to it. :-\

LOL. Stop being bitter Church. It really depends on what you think is important to you, dave. Games on the 360 are nowhere near as beautiful as on the ps3. It is still a hell of a system, it just doesn't quite have the get up the ps3 does. So if the game comes out exclusively for x-box, you won't mind that too much. If it end up going multi-platform then you might be disappointed. I've played a few RPG's on the Xbox, the SW ones, and they were great. Really great. Now, you'll get 3-6 months free XBL with the 360 you buy, and I suggest using it. I know you said you don't intend to, but the online is where it's at. No joke. It's honestly so good, it'll make you pissed at Sony. As far as a HD, yes you will need it. Especially with the new burn to feature in the NXE, games with long load times(both systems have them), are cut almost in half. Worth the trouble right there. The internal memory is only 256mb. Not enough for some demo's and trailers and such. So you will need it anyway for multiple RPG game files.

You guys are both right. Opec is cutting production to drive the price up through those speculators Shane is talking about. It has somewhat to do with actual S&D, but it leans more towards what those speculators think. The whole oil industry is fucked for anyone not in Opec. It really looked like it might change there for a few weeks, but it's mostly going to go back to business as usual, until the world stops relying on a few sources for oil, it'll probably never change.

I'm so with you on the grenades, Cow. i'd much rather have guys live through my nades once in awhile, than get killed 20-30' from it like the old days. I really hope the power up they are adding is minimal. Ideally, it should be able to kill or severely hurt someone sitting in the Bell Tower on CR. Right now you can hide in one corner and not even get any damage, so they are a little weak. Hopefully that's about the extent of the upgrade.
