There is a report right now on http://www.Foxnews.com talkiing about healthy cats. The what and what not to give your cats. Right now it is on the right side of the screen under videos, if it gets pushed up go to videos and look in the health category. One thing that stood out is looking to make sure Protein is one of the top two ingredints in the cat food. Hope this helps.

Just throwing this out there but was this woman not in a fight before she was hauled to jail. (((PICTURE THIS))) Your a police officer and it's: 1. Late at night 2. two woman fighting over who knows what 3. chunks of hair laying on the ground, you would have to imagine some sort of alcohol/drugs were involved 4. one woman in fight gives you a false indentification of dead sister (This excuse has never been used before even if true) 5. woman arrested is now enraged for being arrested (let's face it she is already in a unstable frame of mind from her sister dieing) 6. If she is drunk she has had say 20 minutes in the cop car to stew over the fight, being arrested, one cop saying quit talking about your dead sister (you know he is on her shit list) So can you honestly tell me what the cops most likely had to deal with once she is at the county jail house? Again she is most likely drunk, depressed about her sister, and just got her ass kicked by someone about who know what. I would have to agree with Red, many of those clans have tried to inflatrate the UF community. Thanks to our staff & creators we have kept that trash out of UF. Trust me that dog don't hunt.

WWE come on... If you were offered millions to go act you wouldn't do it? Really... Brock is a man beast even if you didn't like him in WWE, you can't take away his natural talent as wrestler. He is just behind the power curve with his Jiu-Jitsu when he gets more Jiu-Jitsu down he will destroy fools. The heavyweight division in MMA has been a joke, it needs more fighters like Brock and yes even Frank Mir. Can't wait for the rematch, and or his next fight.

Brock Lesnar comes out and is destroying Frank Mir hitting him with so many rights he is begganing for a left. Frank gets a ankle and gets a leg bar and submits Lesnar. OMG Brock was beating the shit out of him but Mir got lucky. Brock will be back and will own the heavyweight division with some more experience. I can't wait.

I recieved about a foot and half with the snow drifts hear in STL. It took me about 40 minutes to clear my drive way with the little electric snow blower. The roads don't even look like they have been plowed here on the highways. It just looks like the vehicles have just kept driving down the snow. Yet dumb asses keep driving 65 mph and ending up in the ditches.

Many good points, but the fact of the matter is that some Clans came in with well executed game plans. I'm surely not gonna tell you what we did and neither is anyone else, well maybe I will a little we practiced, practiced, and practiced. Me personally: I hate the fact that the opposing team has 30 seconds to setup an assault, but I love having 30 seconds to access the situation and attack. GOD aren't these military fighter games fricken AWESOME. Anywas all I ask is we don't take away anything from the clans that did win and pawn it off as purely luck, that is an insult to them and there work ethics. :-\ Before anything else is said I know that, that was not your intent but it could be construde as such. I know we vette things here on the forums but maybe some matters are better addressed to the clan reps to bring up. Not that your point and or opinion is not a valid one, but it has already been said it will be accessed and it is. So in closing Good luck to all the teams tonight in their WARS.

Rage In the pass and also in the current, before the war it is on the opposing team to check the opposing roster. ie. APC vs SHO - I would check your roster against what you submitted as your roster, and you would check mine. If nothing is said in the lobby before the war starts about either clan having a discrepancy then it is all gravy. Basically if the war starts and nothing is said and it is caught after the war nothing can be done. BUT: If I say in the lobby that you have a descrepancy in a gunner and you choose to war with that gunner; I would have to show the proof and present it to the UF Staff and the other Clan reps. If it is shown that there was a descrepancy then you would forfeit the war.
