Sorry to burst your bubble here Street, but the Chargers who were without LT for most of the game and Rivers for most of the 2nd half burnt the Colts D to a crisp. You say the Colts D isn't the Patriots, you're right, they are better than the Patriots. The Colts D allowed less points scored per game, less total yards per game, less rushing/passing yards per game, and had more turnovers forced than the Pats D did this season. Also the Giants game wasn't the playoffs, but that has no bearing on how badly the Pats D (all starters played the full game) was destroyed in that game. This is my game prediction, the Pats by a touchdown or less and Brady won't come anywhere close to his numbers from last week completion wise. -
Micro$haft is unworldly slow in sending the box and fixed 360 back to you. Either way you would have got your PS3 back faster. I have a friend who is a 360 fanboy and he has sent his in to be fixed something like 6 or 7 times. He said from the time he calls for the box to ship it in and the time he gets it back can take anywhere from 3 weeks to a month!

How can you find out Verizon's plans (if any) to bring FiOS to your city? I am registered on their site to be notified when it is available here, but I have been waiting months without any word.

NICE, I'll be there for that for sure! I am going to Southern Illinois for the final weekend of their Duck Season and to shoot some geese, but I should be home by then pending how the birds are flying.

Are you sure about that Multi? I have read otherwise in every article I read.

1080i is equivalent to 540p or if you prefer to look at it the other way 720p is equivalent to 1440i, so yes it's better lol. I hate that noone is really using 1080p yet, I would really love to see a football game or baseball game broadcast in 1080p.

you know smoke i feel bad for you cus lets see the bears where a laughing stock this year the bulls are one of the worst teams in the nba the cubs havent won in forever and illi lost how badly to usc o and yes NYG > GBP can u say 10-1 on the road I don't see how this has anything to do with this thread at all lol. The Bears weren't "a laughing stock," they were an injured team without a solid QB who finished 7-9 (Hardly a laughing stock). The Bulls have been playing better of late and if you watched the Bulls the last 3 years they start slow and then catch fire in the 2nd half (They have done it the last 3 seasons and made the playoffs the last 3 seasons). The Cubs made it to the playoffs and won 85 games last season and have improved alot this off season making them a serious threat to contend for a World Series title. The Illini were 9-3 (9-4 including the Rose Bowl) this year and this was everyone on the team's first bowl game. They'll be back next season and better.

They put up 28 points without LT for most of the game and without Rivers for the majority of the 2nd half. They will put up some points on the same Pats D that was torched for 5 scores by the Giants and ELI MANNING lol. -
Ok I just got an HD receiver for my new HDTV. I had one HDTV previously which was 720p, but I couldn't game on that one as I wasn't feeling it (too big for games, but great for TV/movies). I just bought a 46" Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV in December and finally got my HD receiver installed by Comcast Tuesday. I have been busy hunting all week/weekend and last night was really the first time I got to sit down and watch some TV with the new HD receiver. My TV shows the settings for everything being displayed on the screen like the PS3 menu comes up as 1080p, Call of Duty comes up as 720p, but when I watch TV it says the Comcast comes in as 1080i. Why is it not coming in as 1080p? My guess was that Comcast doesn't broadcast in 1080p, but then if that's the case why is my TV displaying it at 1080i instead of 720p which is much better? I feel like I'm losing so much quality watching in 1080i instead of 720p or 1080p. Please help!

Before I stopped playing CA in favor of CoD and I played Blizzard Day I just ran around with the scoreboard screen up. The scoreboard screen served as "sunglasses" and even though you can't see your crosshairs it works quite well. I can't wait until you guys play Socom 1 and 2 for the Sunday Storm. I refuse to log on S3 or CA though lol.

Wow that was quite a game and a big win for the Giants. I still do not see them upsetting the Pack in Green Bay though.

There won't be a Manning in the Superbowl now that the Chargers eliminated the Colts. No way the Giants will beat the Cowboys and Packers.

This is the game right here, the Colts have the ball on their 32 with 1:30 left and 1 timeout. Chargers still lead 28-24.

What a stand by the Chargers D inside the red zone. Chargers have the rock now with 2+ minutes remaining, but the Colts still have 3 timeouts.
