Yea, being vet I'm sure played a part on him being found guilty. He has training that most of the public does not ever get. But let's say for argument sake, he was "protecting" the other employees as you say. He wasn't real concerned after he left a suspect in his store alone with the other employees when he chased down the other guy. That threat was gone. He should have stayed to make sure he didn't get back in. Or that the guy laying on the floor didn't get up. He wasn't concerned when he walks past the kid on the floor with his back turned to him. Walks to counter, reloads, walks back with his guard down, and then executes a non-threat. Protecting the other employees was never on his mind. He had one thing on his mind, revenge. And now, because of his uncontrolable anger and revenge mind set, he is going away for the rest of his life. And I think your forgetting the main thing. He shot and killed the kid that never displayed a weapon. Not saying the first shoot wasn't justified, but after the actual threat was gone, again, he went too far.

Your really not saying that being a war vet gives you more leeway than average people, are you? Attitude called me and said that those virus warnings he was getting finally got through and bricked his laptop. He stated that he cannot get onto the internet now. He was able to get a screen shot though. He is attempting to get it off on a thumb drive and send via his PC to me. I'll then post them up once he gets that completed. He is using McAfee on his laptop. I already advised him that anti-virus program is not helping him. lol

I tried to DL'd about 15 items last night, and finally gave up. I had to cancel three of the full game trials. But I'm gonna go back and DL'd them one at a time this time. I really need to hardwire my PS3. lol

I have never had an issue with ads on any website I visit. And I don't see why it would be problem that there are background ads here. About the only website I visit on a regualr basis that doesn't have ads, is Ravenfall.

I'm confused. I have a surround sound system hooked up to my PS3 via a optical cable. So just by plugging in this USB device, it will stop the sound from coming out of my surround sound speakers? I always thought that you still had to hook up a base station to your stereo before you can get the sound to come out of the headset.

What do they mean you don't need a base station like most wireless headsets? I mean, can you just hook up the USB and then all the game sound will come through the headset speakers? Do you still have to hook something up to your stereo?
