    That was great DF! I would love to see more school bands play fun music for the students. I mean high school fight songs and classics obviously take up the majority of their time, but learning how to play Stinkfist on the violin should be mandatory IMO.

    Yeah he made VR's sig template. It was well worth the small amount of money the guy asked for his time. Anytime I need a sig template design, Multi will get my first call. FYI...I'm pretty sure this sig template will work fine on a smf CP.

    My goal is 220. My dad put it in perspective for me...he had me go pick up a water bottle for the office water dispenser. He told me that was 30lbs, and that is how much I've almost removed off myself. It was eye-opening and exciting honestly.

    OK...so sorry I haven't updated in awhile (I know each of you are just checking every day...LOL) but I have had alot of success losing weight. I started my diet around 270-272lbs and weighed in this morning at 246. I got stuck at 251-249....but this week I added another 10 minutes to my elliptical and hitting the bowflex for 20 minutes right after. I still play the game, but to be honest it isn't as regular as the other parts of my diet....so I guess I can't really say if it helps or not. I can tell you it helped motivate me on days that I didn't feel like working out.

    I look at it like this: Every star you see in the heavens is another possible sun. If it's the right distance away, a planet has the opportunity for an atmosphere....maybe not OUR atmosphere, but one that could sustain life. To say that of the trillions of stars out there, NONE offer a similar setup with a planet as ours seems very unrealistic. Just my opinion.
