Well I won't say I was not a little disappointed, Friday night I had the server for almost an hour all by myself and I was an expert of taking all the rush objectives when there was no one to stop me, then Saturday night came around and I got a bunch of randoms but still no UF…..and same story for Sunday night, although I think I saw MikeJackson in there but it was just as I was leaving….thanks anyways guy.

Everyone has certain preferences in this game, I like the high ticket count but not the super high ticket count (%200 is a good number to me)…I also prefer hardcore but not everyone does…but I did like BigMoney's idea of lowering the health so that is was somewhere in between core and hardcore……But the whole point of me starting this thread was to try and get you guys to play on the server and have some fun with members of the UF community, I'm not asking all of you guys change the where and how your clan plays, just get together and bull shit and shoot it up a bit with fellow gunners now and then on a server that we can more or less call our own….

I only brought up the big ticket thing because the last two days that I got the server started I would get a full room in about 5 minutes, then after we went through the map list people started leaving to go to big ticket rooms , it seemed to be a recurring theme for the last 4 days….it make no difference to me though, I just want to start playing with some names I know instead of randoms in the UF Server

I agree, I am not much for Team Death at all, but I love Conquest, Conquest Assault and Rush……If I am not mistaken I don't think there is TDM on the server right now, I think it is all CQ and Rush….but the only maps loaded up are the Karkand maps, I would like to see some more…..I personally like Wake Island LOL

Where is everyone….Since Friday I have made sure that the Urgent Fury Battlefield 3 server is up and full of people but yet it seems like I have not seen anyone from this community in there, come on guys lets all shoot it up a little bit huh…. So here is what I propose, this coming weekend (Friday and Saturday Night) lets see if we can take over the server from the randoms and just have some fun like the old days of cBF's Trauma Ward and RVN's Midnight Mass... One other thing, not sure if this is something everyone wants, or something the UF will do, but does anyone have a problem with asking the UF BF3 server admin to add some more maps to the server and bump the conquest tickets up to 4 or %500….I ask because it seems that the majority of the servers out there that stay filled are set up like this, and to be honest I have had more fun in those rooms because the matches last longer and there is a LOT more destruction LOL Hope to see some names and tags I recognize in there soon

I agree that the hit detection has improved, I have played all the recent Ghost Recon games on the consol as well as the PC and was dissapointed by the last two but it seems that they have done something that ZIPPER should have done a LOOOONG time ago, and that is giving the fans what they want...What I mean by that is that they have brought back almost everything that people loved about the first Ghost Recon game and I do beleive that I will pick this game up for that reason along......You have to respect a company that actualy still listens to its fan base. -

I got mine from Best Buy, can't go wrong with a bad ass war horse, with the war horse I will find everyone with the special outfit and run their asses over and get it all dirty LOL

Actualy 120 has already become slow, the new LCD's and LED/LCD's all have 240 now and the new 55" Vizio already has firmware built in for 3D compatablity..... What sucks about all this 3D garbage is that eventualy all of us are going to have to have it because all the TV/Movie networks and game companies are going to start switching to 3D tech just so they can take a $60 game and sell it for $80 and take a $30 a month subscription and up it to $50......HBO is already in the process of using the 3D projectors for their 2011 HBO Shows

For those that don't get the whole Linux thing, Linux is a linear based OS platform that gives people the ability to use freeware based programs to create their own functional OS without having to rely on something like windows, and if you don't know how to create one there are over 75 linux based operating systems out there you can download for FREE that give you everything that windows gives you without the headachs and problems that windows has because it does not reply in DOS formating (hope that makes sense) if you have every used a computer system by a company called Sun then you have used a linux OS, they are are very simple to use and understand. I have a Linux OS on my laptop, I never put one on my PS3 because I never found the need, but for the numbers let me throw this at you, a Linux OS takes up around 500 MB, Windows takes 10gig's and they both have the same basic functions....not to mention that Linux has a patch you instal that will make all windows games and programs compatible. -
I have been playing them for two days now on the box....First let me say that Overgrown is exactly like the first MW, they did not make any changes at all they just ported over the map, Crash has a couple of very very small changes but nothing major (like fire on the helicopter) but the map is basicly the same. Salvage is a camp fest with all the campers using 203's thats all there is to it. Storm is pretty sweet, its big but linear so everyone more or less meets in the middle, and 203's are not as effective because most use them right away and you have to get lucky to get hit by one. Bailout is fun, it realy is just strait CQC all the way, you don't want to get caught outside or you just get murdered, all in all it was worth the 1200 MS points and I will be getting it for PS3 as well
