Xbox on track for 'record-breaking holiday' Points to $199 price point, New Xbox Experience, a leading online service and the best games. Microsoft has come out all-guns blazing following a minor sales victory over the PS3 in the US for the month of August. According to sales data compiled by NPD Group the Xbox 360 sold 195,000 units in August, bringing the US install base to 10.9 million units. Bar a monumental failure in September the console should reach an install base of 11 million soon. Madden NFL 09 was the month's biggest seller, moving over one million units on Xbox 360. Microsoft notes that the title helped contribute to Xbox 360's record-breaking software attach rate of 8.0 games per console. Microsoft also highlighted the success of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09, which in its first five days on the market sold 56,000 units, more than on any other platform. The success is expected to continue as the holiday season approaches, with Microsoft anticipating a "record-breaking" period for the Xbox 360. It points to a string of blockbuster titles, each expected to sell at least one million units. These include Gears of War 2, Fable II, Guitar Hero World Tour, Rock Band 2, Fallout 3 and Lips. In addition to its game line-up Microsoft is already seeing the effect of the September 5 Xbox 360 price reductions; sales across all models were up over 100% between September 5 and September 7 and the Arcade was selling at six times its previous rate. Xbox gamers also have the New Xbox Experience to look forward to this autumn, bringing a fresh new look and a host of new functionality to the console.

You're just going to confuse him.. lol Just stick with Freewebs normal sites first, then once you get the hang of it you can add a new template, etc.. Dont use Freewebs forums.. use Proboards or SMF.

Its a decent TV for a decent price.. but you should always shop around anyway.! Just give a look at Best Buy, Circuit City, Etc.. Check & compare the inputs, resolution & price on all 42" 1080p LCD TV's. find the best deals THEN compare the brands.

Damn i haven't seen ep 3 yet. Something i dont like about Clay tho.. not sure what it is, the actor or the character. It was kinda slow.. and i wasn't that into it at first but after the 2nd ep it is definitely getting better.!!

Considering this is a tournament site for SHOOTERS, what's the point? LBP is duuuuumb. I get that, but if you're a true gamer you wouldn't draw the line at shooters only.My favorite kind of games are RPGs and i would choose RPGs over shooters any time.Shooters are fun but there are other games that are funner. plus LBP is kinda like a family kinda game plus it a creative game. 2 things.. 1. Who says we are true gamers.? 2. Funner isn't a word, i checked. (i actually wanted to buy Funner.com) Isn't LBP like Katamari..!?

I doubt a suspension is warranted either.. im pretty sure there is no NBA rule about it either. :-\ It is a free country & he is free to do whatever he wants in this case, but i would think/hope his team will think twice when it comes time to resign his contract.
