Are you serious wiz? Stealth is a huge part of teamwork and tactics ... I would have thought you would have respected that and appreciated it more. I'm not a fan of the kill cam, just because of what I mentioned earlier, it's almost like rewarding you for dying (cause you can run right back to that spot and kill them).

What was the reasoning for leaving the kill cam on ? I hate when you have a great hiding spot and you get a few kills in a row, then as soon as one of them respawns they run directly to your spot and nail ya. It's like rewarding someone for dying. I know, you should move around, but if the kill cam was off, you wouldn't have to worry about that.

I do like the game, however, it's getting a little predictable. You can tell what rooms guys will be popping out at because of all the cover they give you. The game is fun though ... I like how you have to figure things out and put things together. I find it funny that it takes 4-5 shots (not in the head) to kill someone though! If I were to rate the game 1-10 I would say 8.

This list isnt accurate. Nomar was not mentioned and there are a few listed twice and a few left out. Kevin Young and Greg Zaun just from what I picked out. -
I think Kenny Rogers will be on that list.

Because, I didn't see it listed in the rules about using perks .... I was just trying to clear up any future "gray area" things that might come up. We never had "perks" in SOCOM so it never needed to be addressed.

There is a classifieds mod you can download and install for these forums. That might be a really nice feature for the UF community. I have tons of mods on SHO's boards that really add to the community feel. If you guys want any feedback on them let me know.

Yup, an ex-SHO member said he randomly logged on this morning for the first time in a while and they were there to buy. He said the patch addressed quick sniping and a few other things.

Yup, sounds just like the "Party" system .... I have no clue why developers are going that route instead of being able to pick and choose which room you can join.

TNU, I never understood why it didn't have that on launch (the ps3) ... I mean a clan isn't just about one game, anymore it's about gaming in general. The PSN should have a clan system so someone can make a clan and invite other PSN handles to it. You'd have a clan list and a friends list. Then developers wouldn't have to worry about clan support in game because it should all be manage in your XMB. To me, that's what a clan is about ... I'm sure some clans have members that are in one clan for this game and another for that game .... but a true clan sticks together and plays games together.

I'm with you all on the clan support ... the only thing you can do is throw a tag up ... that's pointless. They have PSN friends list support, not clan support. The game is amazing. I've never been a FPS fan but this game is forcing me to be one. I love how you can control the pace of the game. If you want it to be intense and hardcore action ... you can have it that way. If you want to slow it down, you can. There are plenty of things that they can improve on ... and based on previous PS3 games, all the things people have been complaining about can be added or improved with patches. I really think IW is going to be on the ball with this game because of the pedigree of the COD series. I understand it's a cross platform title and comparing it to how insomniac improved resistance immensely via patches isn't really fair, but I think they'll do some of the same things to COD. The different modes in this game leave it sooooo open to story lines and different angles when looking at this from a UF perspective. If your coming from SOCOM and looking for a game to replace it with ... GIVE THIS A CHANCE and as Wiz said, don't compare it. This is such a different game and I'm very glad that I was able to ease out of SOCOM by playing R6, GRAW, and now COD. Making the immediate jump from SOCOM to COD will be very hard, just be patient and give the game and future non socom games some time.

Don't buy a thing ! Go here http://forums.spywareinfo.com/index.php?showforum=18 make an account and read the posts on what to do. Those people are extremely helpful and will get every bit of spy/malware you have on your machine. It might take a few days and require you to do some manual removals, but it's WELL worth it.
