Good luck to you and your future endeavors there viper. Being able to have been on staff with you was a pleasure and your creativity always showed in your podcasts. You always strive for quality rather then quantity and this community was able to enjoy that. hopefully this is more of a till we meet again rather then a good bye. With that said, until we meed again.

If it was easier to add people instead of depending on everyone to visit the site then you might have more luck.

There has been some talk at our place about this game instead of Ghost recon. I think they may switch to that game and see how it goes. Not sure. I know we are hitting BF3 hard.

We used to have a few, but with what I am hearing with the game things are keeping them interested for a long period of a time. I haven't played the game, so I don't know.

I think what we all want is more information coming down the pipe rather then silence. Give us something to be excited about to get our troops ready. Speculation does us nothing.

This site is driven by clans, the clans used to be driven by this tournament site. You don't think there could be a compromise reached. Activity was driven by hype and speculation, usually by the tournament directors involved. Now there is only speculation if anything is even going to happen. Yes there is some criticism about how things are going here, yes the games provided lately have been less then desirable. But lets be realistic, you either evolve or you cease to exist. Start evolving, the clans here have started adapting to what the gaming climate has provided. Pretty soon other tournament sites will catch onto this, then UF is no longer the niche it used to be. This is only to heed as a warning, we want this to work, but when there isn't any progress skepticism ensues.

I think it depends on what you are asking members to donate money to. Besides The community you are referring to doesn't seem to exist here like it once did.

I wish I knew why I bother anymore. BF3 has had private servers for over a month and all that is being done is talk. I assume that is all that will be done with GRFS. Videos and blog posts are made all day, but the one reason Urgent Fury is what it is, WAS for tournaments. And those aren't even offered anymore.

What is the difference between Starhawk and GRFS as far as the testing goes? You guys were hyping Starhawk before you had your hands on it. There is obviously some interest. Hell BF3 has been out for months and little to no action has occurred. I am not talking about just using UFGL, there needs to be a structured league or tournament. Surely someone has done ANYTHING. The Private servers work and easily can be used for matches, hell many out there are already doing it. What is the hold up.

Well I understand that shane and frankly don't care that there is this sub group. BUT when tournaments finally do come, and I am anticipating battling in large quantities on BF3 and we are working on a group for Ghost Recon, I want to see the news for the tournaments in my latest posts search and not have to sift through all those dang posts about crap I could care less about. Apparently I am the only one here who feels this way. Oh well.

So I am guessing if you get enough complaints about seeing all the gaming news you will do this too? I am figuring this was happening since you went this direction with the political board. People had enough of the posts from hog and made a stink.

What about if we want to opt out of seeing other postings we may view as pointless? Like blog postings, or media. Though I know you guys want to get info to gamers, I don't come here for that. I come in hopes to play in a tournament.
