I'm originally from California and I 'swear' that when I lived in Jersey 1998-2005 I once felt a small shimmer (being from Cali, I'm well briefed! ~ lol). Nobody believed me then. I think that EQ's from both areas are different: The WC ones have everything sort of 'sliding around, waving-swaying-type' of quake. I hear that the ones on EC are hard and firmly-felt ~ definitely more scary than any swaying-type if you ask me. But don't get me wrong, the ones in Cali that sway scares the shit of people too because what takes only 30 seconds or so seems like hours, especially if there are aftershocks. All in All, I hope that everyone who felt the quake are ok and that nothing hidden (ex: structure damages and etc.) causes people problems later on...

Naw I think this is the 'gem' this time around. But don't quote me on it ~ lol! Sony's going to bring back good faith with this product because they need to get our confidence back with all that's happened lately...

Ok, Why does there have to be a choice? ~ lol! I'm getting on board 'MW3', 'Battlefield: 3' and of course...GR: FS. I've been waiting for GR: FS for almost 2 years because I'm really in to their ideas of rewarding players for 'team-merits' and etc, not to mention their new idea of 'cover-fire' causing the attacked's area to shake as long as the cover fire continues. There are soo many other 'new ideas' which GR: FS is bringing to the table that it simply cannot be overlooked as a formidable game to comepare to the others. MW3 is going to be good, but even Battlefield: 3 is bringing 'vehicles' back. It's going to suck that NO VEHICLES will be available in TEAMDEATHMATCH mode, but with 24 players in that mode allowed we'll be too busy looking for ways to kill people instead of worrying about a vehicle to get into. So count me in on BOTH "plus" GR: FS ;-)

UPDATE: I've been working closely with a few of the Developers at MobileRoadie.com. They are close to being able to possibly designing an App for clans in the future. They did NOT DESIGN our app but I am using their mobile network to run my app on because it is the most reliable network I've seen. Some of you may want to get in touch with 'Karl' or 'Aric'. I have used some of their modules and modified them to work in our favor. They also allow developers like me to take advantage of our forums' API and I was able to integrate our forum in with the app. Again, I'm pro-bono with MoRo, but since we are the first to make use of mobile apps for a clan, they are going to start bringing their prices down. This is new technology BUT IT'S GROWING, and as more people find ways to use them for a purpose the more they will eventually become affordable. And: There may be other mobile networks out there who will BUILD an app for you at a better rate. But this is the time to start looking into things though. I subscribed just yesterday to see that they had to offer. I can get better from my DirecTV. I was mainly appauled that they 'show' the movie 'LIMITLESS' (which I couldn't find anyone to go see it with), and it's supposedly 'there' but UNAVAILABLE? Never raise a price on the same old shit that you offer, that's a business-savvy 'no-no'.

Ok Um, my code isn't working. Insomniac says that some of us got the 'early access beta codes' by acquiring Socom: 4 early, so maybe this explains why some of us can get in now while they're testing the servers and everything:

lol!~ I'm thinking that 'maybe' you're soo used to the server doing it for you, that something must've been wrong with the servers so you did it yourself (kicking yourself off the game)! ;-)

It's been a gimic all along in my opinion. They looked to see that many of us like streaming so they don't put alot of current movies in the library. Then they see we get the DVD due to the inavailability of current streams and figure they can now go ahead and capitalize by charging double now.

That is correct. It's double the price to put the App on two platforms, and since Apple is the hardest to be granted approval we will get the funding later 'this fall', to place the App on Androids ;-)

Guys, I have the game but soo much has been messed up from the 'socom experience' that I just cannot bear to get on it. The patch is nice, but 'why are they just now adding the party system'? It makes no sense that this should be added now when it was part of the experience in the first place. I know that Zipper is trying to fix things, but isn't that what developers do BEFORE they launch a game? This is all just ass-backwards IMO and the fact that they want to listen to notable people NOW just makes my skin crawl.

I understand that, but I still think that many level's of competition destroy's the simplicity. You have to admit that I have a good point about how all of us want to game together, but because of one friends interest in XBL and another in PSN we cannot play together. Having the same console would alleviate that issue.
