TOW-19 Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 It was released on Tuesday. I'd love to hear some reviews and feedback from those who have already checked it out. I currently use Firefox.....worth the switch? Quote

Elgoog.com Gogoth.com etc.. I think you meant googoth.com And elgoog.com isn't a real URL, it's actually elgoog.rb-hosting.de/index.cgi ;D Quote
WARPIG Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Haven't tried yet. I'm on Safari, I'll be interested to hear about it too. I need to buy some damn google stock. Quote

(backwards) So i downloaded Chrome, & i think its going to take some getting used to, but it might be good.! It remembers what sites you visit more often & makes them more accessable from the home page. (so far thats all i see on my home page is the sites i have visited most..) I already see isues on sites where some images dont load up correctly or are in the wrong place, etc.. just like Firefox. But i'll give it some time.. until it crosses me & forces me to go back to IE like Firefox did. lol Quote
o-BacklasH-o Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 I too am interested in hearing more about this. Quote
luchesco Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 like chili said it will take some time getting used to it, i like the way it looks tho. of course since it is still in beta, there are bound to b various bugs that will need time to b fixed. if it turns out to b better than firefox i will make the switch even tho it will b hard for me to depart with good old firefox :'( Quote
[-VR-] Tool_Minion Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 LOL, I actually heard about it on the news this morning. Im downloading it now...... Quote
[-VR-] Tool_Minion Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 ........Clean. Very clean. The first time it sees a graphic it takes a second for it to download, but after that, it is VERY fast. Auto-fill is automatic. Bookmarks- don't care for. homepage- it lists your last sites, and shows a window of them. Very cool. Will report more later. Quote
Nikastylez Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Its really good. I'm a FF guy, but Chrome seems to be A LOT faster than FF. Its simple, just like other google products, but I think that's what makes it good in my opinion. Quote

I still like FF, but chrome has it beat. Quote
