Well..Socom made it up until about 11 PM EST..then started acting up again!! I guess we all just need to be patient and have faith...or go SLAP Seth Luisi right upside the head!!!

I just got off at 2:30 am EST, it had been working great since midnight. On top of the server problems I think you were having some of your own as well. You were the only one in the lobby where your voice was cracking up real bad and you did get booted the most.

Well I can get on and everything but what I think what CDBS said was right you can't run and talk at the same time sometimes you'll freeze up it happened to me all night.

That is n interesting observation. Now that I think about it, the times I have frozen and had to restart PS3 were when I was doing something and talking on comms at the same time. Lagged out once Jumping over wall and talking. This is something I will test.

I hear what your saying Johnny, however, if it were my connection I don't think I would be getting all those error boxes.....disconnects from the game from the lobby when I tried to join etc....AND the guys that were getting booted as well were experiencing the same issues!!

 

I suspect that when the issues started it was probably at peek usage level and then after midnight people started leaving etc....which let it run smooth again..just like during the day when all the little wads are at school!!

I played with the [rev] clan last night and all of us were having this exact same problem. Ending tally, before I switched over to COD for the night, I completely froze up 3 times and was booted 5 times. All within about an hour and a half.

 

I was pleased that I was able to log on, create a private room, send out invites, and members got in with out any problems. Then, BAM!!!, froze up.

 

Hopefully it'll do better tonight.

I'm not saying it was your connections fault, but your voice was breaking up the whole time.

 

Sprinting and talking, no problems at all here. I have never had the game freeze up while I played.

Man, the only issue Ihave seen the last two days is the sprinting and talking freeze thing. I haven't been booted at all by the game. Go figure.
