They aren't completely to blame, but they sure are a big part of it. lol Ultimate "Sport" Game sounds like a great idea.. but then you're tied to that developer, which kills the quality control. (no competition, or not as much) you're right, we would be tied to a developer but let me ask you this. what other big name, GOOD quality hockey, football, and golf games are there? if they kept the NHL10 gameplay the same, added a few things, patched a thing or two every few months...i'd be really fucking happy, instead of having to sit and continue to buy a new game yearly.

i'd love and appreciate a game, they release with awesome graphics, and gameplay. call it "ultimate ____(sport name)" and have them update it when the rosters get updated, patch it for new features, and is some type of monthly/quarterly/yearly cost. not an outrageous cost, but something reasonable. i think it'd be brilliant.

it's the parents responsibility to discipline their child, not a publisher's or developer's job. anyway. if the gov't or a company were to make a PSA in regards to this, it needs to be brutal and realistic. real language, real people, not actors and shitty script. i'm sure they could get a celebrity or two on board, like sam jackson. in fact, he'd be perfect. have him sitting in front of a screen, playing MW2, goes into a room and nobody's speaking english. what does he do? plug in his mic, and scream "ENGLISH MOTHERFUCKER DO YOU SPEAK IT?" IMO, that'd be CLASSIC.

details johnson, details. ;D he wasn't benched, he wanted a break to enjoy his last olympic games, and wanted a good view without having to sweat so much. besides, what other goalie in all of hockey internationally has ever had more than 600 wins, period. hmm? i love my marty, he's the tiger woods of hockey. i see washington getting past their first round opponent, then it becoming difficult for them. they had a great year against their division, which was VERY weak this year. they still did amazing against the rest of the league, but vs pit/buf/nj they weren't so hot. pitt hasn't had a good year, yeah they're the 4th seed but i can't see them getting past was, buf, or nj. can we agree that ottowa, montreal, boston, philly/nyr, don't have much of a shot in hell?

the old format was simple, informative, and not annoying. everything was convenient, and it felt natural. the new one, kinda bugs me, it seems as if they're trying to make it more streamline and more modern. IMO, not necessary.
