Yea I understand the viewpoint of "half a year" but lets remember that the award is MOST VALUABLE PLAYER. In my opinion that means the player who was the most valuable to his team and in that regard most valuable to his teams playoff drive. Which players absence would hurt his team the most. In my opinion without the acqusition of CC the Brewers do not make the playoffs. Yes you can make that arguement with Manny as well. There numbers, gameplay and sheer presence were more important to their respective clubs than any other player in the league. Yes Pujols and Wright have great all encompassing numbers for a full 162 with their club but their teams didnt make the playoffs so I refuse to give an MVP award to a team that lost with or without them. And Howard benefits from a great lineup around him that probably still would have had a great playoff chance without him. Howard also hit for a very low average and a severe amount of strikeouts. To give an MVP award to that guy who only hits homers is ridiculous. Plus Howard would only get the award because of what he did in September just like Rollins last year (When Holliday should have gotten the award.) So Howard would get it for a months outstanding work instead of CC who lost out cause he only had 3 months outstanding work. In regards to the CY Young award: Sabathia cant win that award because the Cy Young is very heavily weighed on "amount" of numbers. The true Cy Young award winner should be Johan Santana but hes about fourth on everybodies list because he only got 16 wins. What does that tell you?? The man who had the lowest ERA in the league, was probably the most impactful pitcher in the playoff races behind Sabathia, gave a great outing every time, didnt lose since June, has been put behind the names of Webb and Lincecum for the sheer fact that his BULLPEN blew SEVEN of his games.

Better yet me and a buddy bought sweet Mets playoff tickets off of e-Bay when there were 17 games left. We got the tickets a few days before the season was over and then got a full refund when the Mets were bounced. The best part though was that we lost the shipping so me and a buddy both payed 7.50 for a ticket that is a worthless piece of paper lol. I think im gunna frame it

Phillies are lookin good, what a difference a year makes. They got that experience and first time playoff jitters out of the way. They could def make a move for the series. I still hate them though lol Yea I dont think Sabathia has any gas left in the tank. he got rattled by the crowd during the Myers at bat. As a baseball fan I loved seeing the Philly fans going nuts but as a Mets fan, "Theyre all DICKS" lol

UF Community, I would like to inform you all that I have resigned my post as Co-leader of the Usual $uspects. I have, amongst others, found that there is no better time than now for a fresh start. It was a hard decision to leave the clan that I built (and rebuilt) but I was no longer satisfied with the direction of the clan and I could no longer rebuild it. To make a long story short, I have ideas and visions that were not shared so it was time for me to go. But I did not leave alone as quite a few of my prime time individuals have followed my path. With no further adue I would like to introduce you all to (NaS) Natural Selection. (NaS) is being built to be a competitive Socom gaming clan and will be partaking in many aspects of the Socom Community. We will be priding ourselves upon CLASS and RESPECT. We are currently gearing up for UF Black and other tournies soon to come. We look forward to entering the next gen of Socom with everyone in this great community. yea phillies played great ball down the stretch again and should be able to beat the dodgers. they will have trouble with the brewers Mets will have a tough time with the cubs but you never know in baseball -

yea we def have our priorities straight and are def different from this kid. The main point I was making is that we all play countless hours on socom and that most of society will view socom in the same regard as all other video games, a waste of time. In that time we waste we could all be learning different things of more substantial value. So I found that funny that you said he could be learning something more meaningful cause we ALL could be doing the same lol. And also you never know, the kid can get his GED, go off to college and still be successful. One would have to see it play out before we label him a total jerkoff. Hell Kanye dropped out of college, sung about it and made millions. You just never know... -

The worst part about this is that I heard that Upshaw got the news of his pancreatic cancer on Sunday. How crazy is that?? Three days after you hear the news and long before you get to come to acceptance and even start to fight or plan your remaining time with your loved ones, you die!!! Thats the most tragic part of it all.

UMMMM.... im looking for the difference between him with guitar hero and us with Socom. I mean how many hours have we all wasted playing socom when we could have been doing something more productive?? Half of us could be doctors right now lol. We should have everyone make a list of what they could have learned or done with all their wasted socom hours Hes still learning how to play the fake guitar when all were learning is how to kill the fake terrorists or better yet our own fake soldiers lol. The kid could get his GED which isnt really anything less than a HSD unless the HSD is a regents diploma. But whatever, the GED might keep him out of those top colleges but he can go to a state school as long as he takes his SATs. Then the GED doesnt matter anymore cause he will have a college degree and then he can get his masters. High school diplomas really dont mean shit. Hell, he could go to a trade school and probably make more money than half of us in here. As long as you get your GED and SATS you can still do whatever a person with a high school diploma can do. -

The kid is probably going to be the best guitar hero player in the country, hell probably be given a cyber record deal, hell most likely have some severe mouth parties with guitar hero groupie sluts and will own a mansion with a pool shaped like a guitar. while the rest of us will be paying off our college loans....
