No, you're right. I am just hoping that UF really considers starting a Killzone 2 tournament. I just don't want it to be disregarded simply because it takes place in the future. By the way, I will support you for a Halo tournament anytime. Enough people like it, and play it, why not make a tournament for it? That's all I'm saying. I think ANY game that the clans of UF are playing qualifies.. WW2, Modern, or Future. (but that's just my opinion) I personally dont want either. lol

In all honesty it is probably going to be a good game, i guess I'm just trying to diffuse any expectations of a tourney, before we know if its plausible.

Anyone who picks KZ2 is almost lying, because they have no idea if they will be playing it. lol But i love a good poll. ;D -
We should put it to a vote then (I personally believe that Killzone 2 would win that poll, but only an actual poll would determine that). And also, if you do not like futuristic shooters, then you do not have to play it, nor your clan (not meant to be dick-sounding). But the rest of us want it; why ruin it for us? I don't think anyone is trying to ruin anything, i just think the people who believe KZ2 is going to be the greatest thing on earth need to realize NO ONE knows how good it will be, & UF is not going to commit to anything until we KNOW the value of a game. (that was the cliff notes of a goat post. ;D) And as far as a poll, what would this poll be about..? Which game we think is going to be better.? or which one has more hype, or...? (I'm all for a poll, & would love to put it up, but i just don't know how to word it or what we'll get from it) Confucius say: "The popularity of ANY game that has not been released yet, is simply hype"

That's funny, I kept thinking it was going to promote something at the end.. lol (FYI, im re-posting that ;D) -
The only real problem i see with Killzone 2 is we don't know if it is going to be as good as it seems. (remember GTAIV ) So no tourney can be set in motion until we play the game and KNOW it is worthy. As far as What era shooter UF does, i think if any shooter can work than why not Halo 3, it still has more people playing it than most games.!? Or do we need to specify what comes out of the guns, or what kind of armor they wear, or if there are multiple planets involved in the story.. OR can't it just be a good game to qualify..!!?? (I'm just playing devils advocate here, don't trip) I still think Rogue Warrior sounds like a great possibility along with CoD:MW2. (those are my personal picks.!)

WaW is kind of a better made game, but for tournament purposes, i like CoD4 better.!!

Ok so we are in need of some PS3 players to get our PS3 side of things going strong.. Rooster is dying to play in the Tac Map, but we dont want to come up short.. so if there are any guys that want to play in the Tac Map that isn't in a clan that will already be participating, let us (Rooster) know you're interested.!! (owning an xbox is a plus. j/k) We could also use some more Xbox guys too, if your clan doesn't do much Xbox, but you own both systems, we are always looking for good people on Xbox also. ;D PM Me, Rooster or visit the site http://www.CDSClan.com (forums are somewhat new)
