i cant really say much because i have a mactop but those look very similiar,i'd suggest the HP just because my desktop is HP and its a solid computer

ive been finding lately that imo... sigs just need to have a really good looking render to begin with and effects come second, what do you guys think? btw i rendered it out but i always try to keep the background intact because it usually matches the render. smudging/lighting effects

looks good but its not center... cdbs is right the cou symbol in the middle is too far to the left and as a result the SAS flag takes up more than the US(which i have no problem with) -
