I am not blaming McCain for the latest Big Corporation fallouts, and the 'now-need' for the Government to try and bail them out. This post is about how for a long time, McCain and his camp has maintained that the 'Fundamentals of the US, are Sound!', and that 'We are just a bunch of whiners'. I convinces 'more' to me, of McCains 'out of touch' way of thinking. I mean, 'almost everyone' can feel the pinch on the Economy, so when he says things like 'that'...it makes sense that he really does not get it (not making fun or tryin to use Obamas words, that is just my assessment, that he does not feel OUR pains and concerns.) 1 and 1/2 years ago, 'Donald Trump' eluded to the very catastrophe happening the the Big Corporations and Banking Institutions! So why is McCain the only one who does not know? There is a Distinct Difference, to say we are 'Fundamentally Sound', and NOW (TODAY!), and 'now' McCain says, 'WE WILL NOT DO THIS "AGAIN?????" ~ He thinks things are just fine and dandy. You mean to tell me that it took the DOW Jones to drop 500 points, the unemployment rate to raise 6%, and the fact that we are before McCain changed his tune? HE IS OUT OF TOUCH WITH THE MAINSTREAM OF THIS COUNTRIES PAINS... McCain is at a campaign in Jacksonville, Florida this morning. He seems to be admitting guilt, for not fighting the Bush regulations: "We will never let this happen again. We will clean up Wall Street. We will reform government...This is a failure." ~ McCain has been in Washington for 26 years and hasn’t lifted a finger to reform the regulations that could’ve prevented this crisis. Regulations that he supported 70% of the time during those 26 years, and 90% on a few of Bushes policies..." This has already been answered, that it was McCain himself that I was quoting. But I have another point to make about what he said about the "100 years PRESENCE". In the end, he says words, "AS LONG AS..." Please, 'PLEASE' LISTEN TO McCAINS WORDS COMPLETELY: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFknKVjuyNk ...So, IMO that means that he was for the presence, and since we've had 1,000's of Americans 'injured, harmed, wounded and killed'...then he TOO, should be for us pulling out. Are you serious? If there was even a 'remote idea' of the end being in sight...then why did McCain quote that we would be there 'for even 100 years if necessary?' That fact that the 'surge(s)' worked, was pure coincidence in the since that 'no one', could have predicted it would have worked the way it did. 'Within Sight?' ~ Not.

BTW: I like these YouTube videos on Obama. It shows how the SMALL scrutiny that 'Palin' is getting is 'nothing' compared to how unfairly Obama has been under the knife! ~ And no one can find anything bad about Obama, so they use people who have been in his PAST associations? These videos are more deployment of 'Distraction'...to take away from all the important things he says in between the 'uhs'! lol Thanks for reminding us how 'Palin is getting away with murder'!

'HogWild': Warpig didn't say that an 'Black Man' and a 'Caucasian Woman' would be a source of controversy. But the 'First Black Man' and a 'Woman VP Nominee' would! (keyword being: a 'Female', and a 'Blackman') ~ It would be too much of a 'Shock Value', having both, on the same Ticket. ;D As far as 'Palin' is concerned, She's a WMD (Weapon of Mass Distraction), and nothing more. It is the 'same ole tactics and strategies 'typical' of Repubs to pull the curtain over the REAL ISSUES that this Administration has caused the country to suffer for the last 8 years...NOW, they want to help fix everything after 8 years of doing NOTHING? They wait until someone like Obama, started pointing out their inability to be in touch with the problems of the world, but the truth is out now, so the Repubs drop a WMD on us, thinking we all will just have amnesia from the last 8 years...NOT! Old Charlie Gibson lifted the curtain again, and "gave the type of interview that McCain should have done on the 'first day' that he met her"! Things need to be thought out and not done on someone's 'gut feelings' about issues. We are in Iran when we should have been following the Terrorists...because of someone's 'gut feelings'! Mr. Gibsons interview was a 'classic' display of her unreadiness for the position offer, that she's been handed. How can you 'not know' about the BUSH DOCTRINE! And even if you know about it, how can you think that you alone, have the power to attack another nation in the face of an imminent threat? 'That', is what the UN is for! You have to have (and USE) ALL Intelligence that is supplied. There are many 'real-world' cenarios and complexities, that have to be considered. When Mr. Gibson asked Palin about '[the prospect of]' an Israeli attack on Iranian Nuclear facilities. 'Governor of Distraction Palin' just kept saying (3 times or so), that 'The US should not be 'second-guessing the situation'? WHAT???? ~ Of course we should! Infact we DO! ~ everywhere from the locations of settlements...to the actual 'sales of military equipment'! For example, if Israel wanted to attack Iran, do you think that a President or VP of the US would permit Israeli Forces to freely fly through US-Controlled Airspace? She's clearly out of her league, and acts as though she knows and can do it all. McMain is the same way. Our 'over arrogance' in situations requiring strategic decisions are just 'not part of' what we need. "NO PRESIDENT, HAS ANY RIGHT...TO RESPOND PREEMPTIVELY IN THE FACE OF AN IMMINENT THREAT, WITHOUT WEIGHING THE SITUATION(S) 'FIRST'!"

Look. Theres only 3 other things that bother me the most 'over' the actual attacks of 9/11: 1) We had ample warnings an Intel, which the Repubican Admin clearly and arrogantly chose to ignore! It is 'Intel', when 'RICE' and 'BUSH' have documents that say, 'They're going to 'fly planes into our buildings!' 2) 'They used our own shit', to attack us! They brought 'no weapons', they used 'US against US'. a) Our immigrant admission was unable to catch people coming in 'other areas', like Canada and New Mexico. Nobody questioned why immigrants wanted to learn to fly crop-dusters, when they themselves had no farms. c) They used 'US against US'. ~ No wonder, they call us 'Embecilles'...we don't heed the 'warnings'. 3) And 'please', don't forget that they tried to destroy the WTC many times before (remember the 'car bomb' in the underground carlot?). ~ (warning! Hello?) And 'this' is just ONE situation during the 8 year rule of the Repubicans ADMIN! There are soo many other blunders and allowances that cause the Country to continue to suffer. I'm not saying that a Democratic Admin will be any better, but I 'am saying' that the 'Repubs' have had enough trys, to no avail. I keep hearing the question of, 'What Change?' ~ The facts that we need change, are all in our History books NOW! It's time for a new Administration, that's it!

I understand your dilema, 'Chilli'. I do! I was there once, and just figured that it 'doesnt matter'. But for the 'first time, in my adult life! (lmfao)'...I am paying attention to the election! Trust me (if this were true, I'm the type who would admit it!), it is NOT because there is a Black man running. I would normally never vote for a Black man, because I just don't think that this country is ready for that. But 'that' does not matter. I actually thought Hillary would get it, but I have seen what the Reps are for, and what the Dems are for. I have pretty much been an Independant, just looking at what 'that person will bring'. I look at Obama's views, obsticles and how everyone does not want to give him a chance when he's had the right idea on alot of issues. No one can take credit for the Surge(s) { YES!, There were more than one of them!}, because things just 'happened' to work out. McCain never ever talked about a phased withdrawal, so to hear him say he was right...just convinces me even more that he 'IS WRONG' for us. His 'gift', is in having WMD (Weapons of Mass Distraction), in the sense where we want answers about issues, but his whole campaign is on trashing Obama. What 'really sits' in my stomach, is how McCain tried to twist Obama's words about the 'Lipstick on the Pig' statement, when 'McCain' has said it over 5 times...and no one EVER QUESTIONED if HE was slandering someone! That was a moment where, instead of him backing the statement for what it meant...he (McCain) decided to slander it. These little things are why I am voting for the Demo! Obama is a victim when all he wants to do is show us ALL, that there has been a 'sheet over our heads for 8 years', and they aren't going to fix shit now! They've had enough chances already. In my opinion, they both have two types of change: McCain: Change? I'll Change...this time I really WILL! Just give me one more chance? Obama: Change? I will Change the way the Government has been running our lives and put US first, for the First Time! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: If we just sit and do nothing, then we have NO REASON to be Blaming ANYONE!

What do you mean by that? Here ya go: Alaska is ranked #27 in High School drop out rates back in 2006 (I don't know what it is now)...and Gov Palin RECENTLY AS OF 2008, cut 'any funds' to help change that problem. Much of the reasoning on the high dropout rate, is from girls having 'teenage pregnancies'. Gov Palin 'slashed funding' for programs that would help these girls, by giving them a place to stay and proper continuance in their education. 'Covenant House' and 'Passage House' were just a couple of the places with these programs that would provide 'shelter' and 'transitional homes' for them to 'at least' get their education back on track, as well as be supported now that they will be having a child. ...A Governor, who was first 'for the bridge to nowhere', before she was against it ('Congress' stopped it, not Palin), a Governor who rejects the countries 'only plan' to help out on Alaska having one of the 'highest' school drop-out rates, a Governor who fights to prevent abortions in the case of 'rape and incest' (guess its just the womans fault, and she has to live with raising the child of here attacker, huh?), who gets paid 'tax dollars' for living in her own home, Yea, right.

My 'first Kill', was 'DarkSkye'! ~ He and some others (whom I will not mention in this forum!), were in a room when I had first D/L'd on Friday. It was just 4 of us, and I had a good 2 games, and an hour of 'what tha fuc, happened to the bomb we were camping on after 'DarkSkye' was killed with it?' and, 'Why is the little connection icon showing every time I'm in a gunfight?' AND ETC. ~ Every time, the bomb would relocate itself to its original location, and I personally got tired of 'NOT being able to Straff (especially while Sprinting!)...so I got the hell off of the game. Haven't been back on since :'(

Yep, McMain is catching up! I have seen where this election (with the addition of 'Palin'), has turned from a 'What do We want'...to a 'WHO, do you want'. This may not be noticed by a few people, but thats the new direction the RNC has taken this election process, in regards to McCain capturing the 'Mid-States' which are still up for grabs. 'Governor Sarah Palin' seems to identify 'more' with some people in those regions, and I personally think that it was a damn-good strategy...because it's working!

This is just from my own recollection, but Obama Opposed the surge 'at the time that it was NOT working'. Going over there was done under 'mismanagement', and there was the idea of us being over there without any resolve whatsoever! That was damaging to the US, as terrorism was not even rooted there! So, I understand 'At That Time' why Obama felt it was a bad idea. In fact, it was the prospect of an early U.S. withdrawal, NOT THE SURGE, that prompted the 'Sunni insurgents' to change sides, deminishing the provocation of a civil war over there! It's like we would be paying for a car that never has a final price to it! Things just 'happened' to work out, but it was still planned completely wrong by President Bush. McCain just wanted to do it, because he likes to flex our authority, SO IF ANYONE SAYS that we had a 'plan'...I would say that they are misinformed of the process of how we wound up over there! Even though it started to work AFTER THE SUNNI INSURGENTS WITHDREW THEMSELVES "FIRST!"...it is 'far from over', as the Irakii's still aren't doing things on their own. I too, am for Obama, and after 'Palin' got off...I kind of 'know' the outcome of this one! I agree 100% with you (cause I'm a stand-up kind of guy), and I don't know 'WarPig' all that much...but I'm sure that we both think alike on 'this one': DNC better find somekind of miracle now! ~ That damn 'Mayor Giuliani' basically cut Obamas neck, and put nails in his coffin with that speech! I didn't hear the speakers before him, but 'Palin' just 'dug' Obama back up from what 'Guiliani' did...and chopped off his neck, then burried him again :'(

I'm not going to take anyones 'quote' and work on it. You all are entitled. But I am getting tired of people taking 'sentences' of what people say, and isolating it into a whole other meaning. Michelle Obama 'told 38,000,000 people and 85,0000 visitors what she meant by her phrase, and it was very understanding so that everone who watched it would know what 'she meant'...for all of those who did not get it, the 'first time'. About Palin: It's not the fact that she is imperfect and her daughter is pregnant. It is the fact of 'where are the parents', while shes taking sex ed from a another 'minor kid'? Huh? If you cannot watch over your own household...how the HELL are you going to watch over America? This is a classic reason why she should not be considered for leadership. Bristol is still a minor and living with her parents, so it is the parents obligation to keep her in line. As a 'mother of 5', it is her job to keep her family safe from this. And 'unprotected sex?" What does that say about her morals, if her daughter is not only pregnant 'as a minor'...but also engaging in 'unprotected sex?' What is Palin going to tell people? 'DONT HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX?' ~ (your daughter does it!), 'DONT GET PREGNANT UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU CAN RAISE A FAMILY AND NOT BECOME DEPENDANT ON THE GOVERNMENT FOR SUPPORT!' ~ (your daughter did it!) - See where this is going to go? She has 'NO BUSINESS' Representing this country, when her own household is fucked up! (sorry UnderTow, but you 'did say' we could curse a little ) And don't try and tell me that they did not try to conceal it: In ALL the pictures of her, 'BRISTOL' is carrying her youngest sibbling, "TO HIDE HER FAT 5 MONTH STOMACH!" ~ Another attempt to 'pull stuff over our shoulders'... I can't think of any other way than to say..."TO BE A LEADER, YOU MUST 'FIRST'...LEAD BY 'EXAMPLE!'"
