I don't know if this will help, but I think both are correct according to 'Seymour': Conclusions: -For those people who wanted the push-to-talk, its still there, you dont have to use open mic unless you create a party. -For those people who want the open mic because they always got killed pressing the circle button trying to call someone out. Well you can have your open mic with the party system. Also L2 is now the push-to-talk button so you do not have to move your thumb away from the analog stick to call someone out. -For those who feel that open-mic sounds terrible and has alot of feedback and background noise. Well slant 6 is creating a high quality headset. We dont know the details on this, but it will most likely reduce the feedback and background noise. So i guess if you keep your party small then the open mic wont be too bad. Sorry, I do not have a 'direct source' of where I got this from.

I stopped typing it, when I noticed that 'some' sites won't work with it. For example, if you put (www) in front of socom3.scea.com...you won't get the correct location of the site. So every since I found 'that out'...I just leave the (www) out, except to make a hyperlink in a post or something...

We personally do not allow it, and we have removed alot of those who did it in the past. We never really vote people especially [uF] Community members, because we worked long and hard to get established here in the [uF] Community, so things like this, are our greatest concern. If it 'ever' happens in an [sCK] room PLEASE, contact me immediately with some names? I am rarely on as much, but everyone knows to not vote people out, and if they do there has to be a Roster Leader present...'and a damn good reason!' ~ Many of our members don't even know alot of the members of [uF], which is why we have this rule. I'm 90% sure that there has only been 'one' altercation. If there are more, I'd like to know...so that it can be dealt with... All are always welcome in our rooms, as there is 'no beef' with anyone...in the [uF] Community, or out (well, there is [DiE] V-E-N-O-M, but "he has beef with us", still don't know why )

This, is what makes [uF] a Great Community: [101] Hannibal, smokeosama and [COU] CpDude visit our room one day. We are evaluating some new recruits from the opposite side, where Hannibal and CpDude are at. CpDude gets voted out by one of the new recruits suggestion, and CpDude PMs me about it. ~ There is a big clan meeting the next day, about 'this Community', and how voting off a member of it...is the same as voting off a Leader of the Clan (SCK votes 'no one' unless, they are completey jeopardizing a good game, and this incident was "not" one of them). This is our Second Home, and the respect is always there...'thats' what makes [uF] the best! ~ to 'not be in an [uF] match'...but "still" have the same respect 'outside' of the Tournament, on whatever game or platform that we play on!" (eyes are teary), :-[ lol P.S: THE NEW REQRUITS FAILED TO MAKE THE CUT...(hmmmm!)...

LOL ~ Don't worry Andawg, I have too much respect for the veterans of [uF]. But I think you guys are missing my question a tad bit: On Socom, if you record with a video capture (which I already have!), you will find that "It Does Not Record The 'Voice Chat' which are the conversations which go on within the headset". "This", is what I would like to record, or even have a 'setup' to where it is output to external speakers, and I could take it from there. But the 'USB microphone'...is what I would like to 'tap into' and record the 'Voice Chat' conversationss. Where is 'GOAT', when we need him! lol "Nothing that I do, is ever simple!" ~ lmao

I would like to be able to record the 'conversations' that go on during gameplay with Socom: 3 / CA. Are there any devices or ways that this can be done? Even an External Speaker and Mic system, would suffice! ???

Here's the thing: 'You cannot go into a public room without there being some idiot', calling someone out of their name! Hell, you can't even do too much in your 'own' rooms! The fact of just being voted out with 'no warning'...irritates me! I'm like [iLL] where, 'if you get on and don't see your friends'...I too, just get right off! Here's another funny thing: I don't know 'how they know' that I'm a black man, when they call me those names too! ~ lmao (hidden cams in the headsets?)...just 'baffles the hell out of me!' ~ lmao

The helicopter's powers of observation come from a high-powered robotic camera mounted on a turret projecting from its nose like a periscope. I was basically bringing in my 2 cents, because I honestly would like to know (since you said that you have the right to 'not record someone'), if you are partial or not? Say for example, if [sHO] wins the Tac Map. Would you refuse to run a news article or video tape them. because, 'Rage75 brought this up?' I 'really want to know' because it would be negative, and 'partial', for you do to such a thing. You have one clan, asking you 'not to video tape them, and you do'. Then, if you chose to 'not video tape a clan, who wants you to'..."Do you think that you are 'helping this Community?' I mean, really! This is what I am bringing up, becuase these 2 (cents) cenarios, are acts of you being 'partial' to the [uF] Community which is downright scarey, not to mention the language you've been using...

Yea, thats the 'down-side', and you cannot e-mail more than one pic at a time. But the multi-media text is not really necessary, because you can just 'e-mail' people pictures. "Sad that they cannot text pictures though". I just tell people to send the pictures to my e-mail, and I can view those pictures from the iPhone...when I check the e-mails using the safari browser! BTW: Not too happy with AT&T with their 'incorrect billing'...which is true! When you activate the iPhone, it is 'only' through the iTunes on your computer, which had flaws as well. This leaves you having to wait a day or so (for some, it is immediately) before you can use it.

I have the 'iPhone' (you all have seen the pics!). I just must say, that for my business workings as well as other activities...it works for me! There are now over 100 of other 'applications' (the 'icons' which are on the front page!), that you can add to the iPhones front screen. When you fill up the front screen, it allows you to 'page' the other applications, so that you have like 3-4 pages of applications to scroll! (The iPhone starts out with 14 icons, and maxs out at 16. 'that', is when it 'scrolls' to other pages of icons!) Theres the WiFi hotspot which is awesome! I actually can view most webpages using the safari browser, and the pages look like 'actual webpages!' Plus, you can have 'more than one page open' at the same time, switching between them (up to 8 open pages total). You all know about the phones features, I'm just trying to add what may not be known about it, recently. I have added applications such as: Translator Dictionary iConvert (converts currencies, for when I'm in Europe, etc!) Conversion (converts all sorts of measures!) Moviefone (lets me find 'what/when/where' is playing, AND in 'any city' of the US!) Tip Calculator PocketBar (list of 'all' drinks, and lets you add some of your own) iTunes iTraffix Like I said, 'over 100 applications' to add!

Nice Beamer! I see what ya mean, but I 'know' you're gonna love driving that van 'sometimes' because: a) it's new and nice! it doesn't really even look like a van! Looks like the 'Chrysler PT Cruiser' catagory.. She will love it think, and 'you' are going to be taking it for a few, 'spins!'
