I just had a long talk with someone who seems to think that people who are on welfare and not working will get this tax cut. He explains to me, that only those who file for income tax are 'working people' right? So if you do not make over $12,000.00 a year...you cannot even file. So those who aren't working or on welfare are not going to see these Tax Cuts. If someone sees this point differently, please let me hear your thoughts. Wow! I would like to see proof, of where Obama says that 'he is going to increase taxes for those making more than $250,000 to cover the tax cuts for those making less than $250,000.' If someone is adding to his words, then that is wrong as you are distorting Obamas plan considerably: Joe Biden made the issue of $150,000.00 "AFTER" he referred to 'someone who is making 1.4 million a year. He was 'clearly' customizing the plan for the example given. Here is a breadown (and Obama NEVER said he wa going to take the increase to cover for those he gives breaks to): Per the Tax Policy Center, here is how Obama's tax plan breaks down for individuals: $0-$18,891 = $567 tax cut $18,982-$37,595 = $892 tax cut $37,596-$66,354 = $1,118 tax cut $66,355-$111,645 = $1,264 tax cut $111,646-$160,972 = $2,135 tax cut $160,973-$226,918 = $2,796 tax cut $226,919-$603,402 = $121 tax increase $603,403-$2.87 million = $93,709 tax increase $2.87 million-plus = $542,882 tax increase I just think that when people 'leave things out', or 'add things in', it distorts the truth. Again, show me where he says that 'he is going to increase taxes for those making more than $250,000 to cover the tax cuts for those making less than $250,000. I 'really' would like to see that.

He was talking about "the civil rights movement, and the fairly commonplace observation (stated beginning with Martin Luther King) that the '60s movement succeeded in winning African-Americans 'legal rights', but stopped short of lifting them out of poverty." This has nothing to do with his beliefs that restructuring and upbuilding starts from the Middle-class - upward, and not how it's been especially in the last 8 years...where the wealth is expected to 'trickle down', and has not! 'Redistribution of Wealth', is the idea of bringing the economy-building force (which resides in the middle-class and 'not' the wealthy!), "back" to the Middle-class, where all job force strengths reside. Bandit99: You made some good points. Some of them are questionable. Like the Democratic Admin having full control over the situation. They were 'permitted' because EVERYONE was involved in the greed, both parties. Yes, it was the Clinton Administration who were running things, but the Repubs were in CONTROL. They had every chance to regulate those issues, but the greed got in their way. This is why McCain is known as the 'De-regulator', because that is JUST what he did! In any court of law, if you are in a stolen car and are KNOWLEDGABLE that it is stolen but continue to ride in it...then you are an Accessory to that crime. No one should be pointing the fingers here. They all contributed to our present downfall, either by doing or NOT DOING. So we are past all that now. The issue is about repairing the damage. FUCK the blame game, because 'everyone' should go to jail, if that is the case. Cutting the Military Budget by 25%? You DO KNOW, that if ever that funding needed to be increased, it would be right? But 10 billion dollars a month, when Iraq just sits on their own money...is a bit foolish to me. The mentioning of Colin Powell? He was the Repubs 'boy'! They put him up to the WMD issue, and then they threw him under the bus. Even a 12yr old can see that! But even with his honors and 'respect for his Republican Party'...he is a fair man, and obviously "SEE's THINGS MUCH BETTER THAN YOU OR I", being in the middle of it all. So 'maybe' his reasons for endorsing Obama are legit? We 'have' to give him the benefit, seeing at how his own party did him. You mentioned 'him' as the source around all the WMD issues? Well 'who was handling all that shit? ~ RIGHT! ~ The Rebublicans. Alot of us 'are very knowledgable' about our choice. Even if our choice loses, we have to support the chosen one. I'm all about that. I 'still' think that if any other nominee was in this election 'other than Obama'...that McCain would not even get support. This is what I see. He got no support when he 'first' ran. Why does he get all this support now? I think it's because he's the only other choice! And I cannot bear the idea, of a 'PPP' (Possible Palin for Prez)! I most surely would consider moving back to Europe if 'that' ever happened. I have witnessed her LIE in peoples face about 'Abusing Power'. Until 'that' (well, not to mention how 'Congress' SHUT DOWN her building plans, and she still claims that 'she did', is another one!), I was really giving her the benefit. Just for her to come on the seen 'slamming others' to get to the top, left a bad taste in my mouth. Even those whom she attacked, did gave her all the respect! That shows bad character. No matter how you slice it up, the Republican party has been in control 'regardless' of the Clinton ADMIN! They could have stopped shit, but the greedy MOFO's did nothing. It's time for a NEW Sheriff now.

Well I definitely didn't come here for remorse so no need to say sorry my brotha. The main thing I like about UF is how you have to follow rules to the T, and I pride myself on being thorough with everything I do . So if I came here asking for a pass, it would be against what I am about. I got caught up, so we take our L like men. But I will definitely stick around and hopefully we can participate in the Horsemen Tournament when it comes along. Once again good luck to everyone, and thank you again for the opportunity! Seriously 'Tha-Truth', with your extensive experience in Tournaments of all sorts and your dedication, etc. I did not even 'think' to contact you about the deadlines here. You and I still have some 'business' to get into, so just remember that '4 weeks' goes by very quickly! We ourselves were on 'hold by my request', beause I did not want to hold the process up for those who were 'ready', as I could not get a roster list submittal in an orderly amount of time from clan staff. 'HogWild' is a 'standup' guy. I made it to 'Bandit99s' post a little late to mention this, but 'Hog' and 'Warpig' are the kind of people that can disagree on something, but are ready to 'self-correct' on the spot! These two 'also' bring alot of enlightenment about this campain. Things I would 'never look up' or pay attention to...they have informed us greatly! And an an unbiased nature, might I add! They are perfect examples, of how McCain and Obama should be like, in this election! Not slandering (yes! I said that they 'both are pulling lows!), and twisting the other's TRUTHS, etc.

Yea, two, the same two. 1) Why not produce the original and put this issue to bed forever? 2) Why hire a team of lawyers to fight it out in court, paying out money to do so, when providing the original document ends the arguement? But even when applying for a Drivers License and other things...a 'copy of your Birth Certificate'...is all that is required! If it were 'ME', I would have done the same thing.
