OK. I wasn't going to respond, but this is ridiculous.

 

Asian..obviously your reading comprehension skills needs to be overhauled along with your language bank. Please re-read my post, and pay special attention to where I mention that YOU were the one butting in. This matter, as I stated, is between UF admin and iLL. NOT Dv8, and their oh so great contribution. I never PM'd you a damn thing, because this conversation was public...as your flaming post that started it all seemed to want. Had you kept your nose clean, this could have been resolved quickly, efficiently, and most important QUIETLY AND DRAMA-FREE by iLL and the Admin here. I just have to shake my head and wonder why you couldn't see to trust the UF admin to handle things, why you had to flame a reputable clan. Ego, much?

I'm done here...it is like talking to a brick wall, and not worth it. Good luck in future endeavors, I'll take the high road and thanks

HEY! guys, let's leave this to AA and iLL. don't forget, you ALL have a clan tag in front of YOUR NAME AND WHAT YOU SAY REPRESENTS YOUR CLAN. i'm not posting the bowl here, this is more serious and the results of this could be a LOT more serious than the ReD thread. i think everybody should just chill the FUCK OUT. we're ALL ADULTS HERE. they wanna sound off? LET THEM. i'm not touching the subject of iLL backing out with a 10ft pole. this is an adult gaming community, and UF is lucky to have Dv8 to help us out, and vice versa. i think everybody should STOP posting here except Dv8 and iLL. this is my ONLY reply to this thread b/c i'm sick of hearing about this high school drama bullshit, let's just END THIS and move on. many of the clans who have members posted here are participating in RA. go to the forum stats, check out the thread where UF:3 got shut down. do you REALLY want to jeopordize your clan's particpiation? or the tourny itself? all i'm saying, i'm done here.

This has made it to the 'Public Area', so anyone should be able to say what they feel, until the [uF STAFF] deletes it. I 'have' to put my 2 cents in here as well. Yes, there are many 'reputable clans' that I admire and respect...just because they are part of the [uF] Community! For 'whatever reason' [sHO] Rage75 'should not have been told', what he was told.

We, whether we are veterans of the [uF] Community or not...ALL HAVE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES! ~ just because you're recording videos gives you no right to say that type of language to a group that you may have to record one day. And if [uF] Staff asks you to record them...would you? That is something needed to be known now also, being that you are providing a service to this [uF] Community and all...

Honestly, If iLL has the right to refuse to be recorded...then I would think Dv8 News has just as much right not record.

 

Does no one see how I let this go yesterday and SHO brought it back up again and yet, for defending myself, I'm still being attacked.

Gez, ok attempt two, I had a reply and it never made the post, strange .... prolly because I was in between session 2 and 3 of fucking myself ::) Apple, please provide me with the person that sent you a PM, as of right now, no one from SHO has done so.

 

Apple, I have no desire to respond to your name calling, it's actually funny (in a sad way). What I would like to reply to though is the person commenting about what I said about respect and experience here in UF. The reason I said that was why would any clan permit a new comer or relatively new comer to the UF into their private match by way of spectating AND taking it even further by recording what they do in game? I could pick quite a few clans and individuals that I would feel completely comfortable with doing so, but not someone I don't know.

 

Staff, Admins .... I appreciate the warning on name calling and just acting like a child, I hope it was enough and people can bite their tongue or leave it out on the street.

I was basically bringing in my 2 cents, because I honestly would like to know (since you said that you have the right to 'not record someone'), if you are partial or not? Say for example, if [sHO] wins the Tac Map. Would you refuse to run a news article or video tape them. because, 'Rage75 brought this up?' I 'really want to know' because it would be negative, and 'partial', for you do to such a thing.

 

You have one clan, asking you 'not to video tape them, and you do'. Then, if you chose to 'not video tape a clan, who wants you to'..."Do you think that you are 'helping this Community?' I mean, really! This is what I am bringing up, becuase these 2 (cents) cenarios, are acts of you being 'partial' to the [uF] Community which is downright scarey, not to mention the language you've been using...

Congratulations to LPK on winning. I'm sorry UF, Dv8, and iLL could not all agree on this matter. Dv8News not Dv8 the clan was given verbal and written consent to record the final match for every ones viewing pleasure and excitement. Dv8 is here to promote the gamers not the game makers. We feel the greatness is in the gaming not the games themselves. Personal attacks were thrown at my Co-Leader and fiance' and she has every right to defend herself. I have instructed her to post the PM's for everyone to view the evidence for themselves. This matter is dead to us beyond that. We would like to extend an open mind and again an open meeting place for all gamers with good attitudes and something to say. And yes we should all read the rules again. Carfully thought out insults here do not counter act nasty PM's and overall bad attitudes. This is a great community and nothing or no one should interupt that, no matter how great a clan feels they are. I feel my clan is great as well and I still congratulate LPK on a well fought tourney and deeply regret iLLs decision to back out. This would have been like watching the superbowl. We look forward to future recording of championship matches. Good Day

5 pages of posts going on 6.. This ends immediately. This is my 3rd request to end this shit, and Sid already posted.. as well..

 

Aside from the occasional random poster, trying to change the subject.. this thread has seriously achieved nothing, and has only led to more instigating, nagging, and random bashing.

 

The way I see it.. iLL made a conscious decision, based on their own personal reasoning. This thread shouldnt have even started in the first place..

 

Apple.. its been said time and time again... by wearing a tag, you represent your clan. You cant seperate yourself from Dv8.. you are dv8 when you're here. Its ignorant to think otherwise.. considering that you've been the obvious face of dv8 news here at UF.

 

To the posts made by SHO, your posts are about as justified as apples initial posts. Apple was bitching about iLLs issue with the recording, and you guys were bitching about apples post about her bitching.

 

again.. achieves nothing.

 

 

So, in the interest of not being a forum tyrant, im not going to lock this thread, but I am going to ask that we move on. Any further discussions are to take place in the CR section.
