Nope you will loose the data when you send it it... you are pretty much hosed unless you to the self fix... search youtube to do it, it will work for a few weeks the poof you will be down again that is what one of our guys has done a couple of times

Our guys have done it an it lasts about a month or so at best... but I will say that 150 to get ps to fix it lasts longer

We know that there were some issues with people joining the rooms and we are adjusting the rules for upcoming events to reflect this. We would like to welcome you to Urgent Fury, I understand you guys have won a few MLG events and look forward to having clans of your caliber coming over to XBox. We have several XBox clans that have been chomping at the bit to be able to compete on XBox such as Divine Knights, Skull and Bones and Forgotten Warriors. Though we have spoken on the phone a few times now, I do encourage you to recruit some more Clans as we would like to have 16 XBox Teams for our first MW2 event coming up. Well the response does not change our stance... As it has been suggested that is a canned response. Have you called Sony? The ruling stands, as it does with the Clan ruling we made for another clan, they are under suspension and have to repeat boot camp in Feb.

Dub by no means take our ruling as calling you a cheater... it is simply easier to not allow any profile that has been affected by this hack to be used. It is an unearned advantage over everyone else. Any user that has done this intentially or victimized will meet the same fate. We are working with IW to have a clear formula to know who is legit or not. And we are also awaiting Sony's decision on how they are going to handle accounts. Sony will how ever beable to identify if your account has been hacked from your account logs. Be patient and they will let you know.

Boot Camp is not a public event is is the evaluation process for new clans that wish to join Urgent Fury. -
That is not proof of hacking of your account... It would have to come from Sony. As I noted, based on your information provided, you are no ineligible to play in Urgent Fury COD tournaments with that profile

Sony has verified with us that the Prestige 10 hack is not done via account hacking. This has to be done willfuly by the user. If your account has really been used you need to put a ticket in with Playstation and provide proof that the account has been violated. Based on this information Dub you will understand that yes you are in violation of the ruling until otherwise proven by Sony.

Ok guys lets stop the lynch party already... I think the point has been made clear.. We do not reveal settings of future tournaments until we post the rules, we we be posting the next Tournament Rule set soon... so kick back and relax... There are a handful of Members Staff and Rangers that see the rules, but they understand that there is no leaking info out, especially since there are sites out there that would like to use our rules for their sites. :police: -
