    Ps3 free games?

The special cd thing was called an HD loader. I sold mine a few weeks ago, so I can't check to see if it works or not. Keep in mind that you could only play single player games with the HD loader.
  2. Hey Medux, go to a convenient store and buy a prepaid credit card. That should work.
  3. I have 4 and 50% have failed.
  4. I have all 3 systems too. The wii is in the other living room hooked up to my old projection tv and my son usually plays it with his friends. I've played wii bowling and that's about it. I do see a ton of potential for the wii and I'm definitely looking forward to Mario Kart which will be online. Post your wii addresses so I can kick you asses on Mario Kart. As far as the PS3 and the Xbox, (I convinced the wife to let me buy an elite when my first xbox got the 3 rings because it would better match the black entertainment center and tv) I love them both. As others have stated, xbox live is awesome and I can only hope that Home is comparable when it is finally released. There was no gamer point system when I was growing up and yet I had no problem playing games on any system. Now I find myself constantly at odds over which system to get games for. On one hand is my desire to see the better picture quality that is normally provided by the PS3 and on the other is my crazy desire to rack up gamer points. What the hell is that about? Anyway, all 3 systems are great, and if it weren't for a few xbox exclusives that I want and the fact that my best friend hasn't made the leap to sony, I would probably sell the xbox.
  5. For any of you guys who use your PS3 or 360 wirelessly, I saw these powerline adapters at Best Buy. Basically, you connect one adapter to your router via ethernet cable and plug it into an electrical outlet. You take the other adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet near your PS3, Xbox, computer, or whatever and it routes your internet signal through the electrical lines in your house. I finally decided to get one today after seeing them in the Best Buy sale paper this weekend and they were sold out of every brand. I started talking to one of the geek squad guys and he suggested the Sling Link which does basically the same thing for about $50 less. I went ahead and picked one up and tested it(got it for almost half off because the salesman opened the box to show it to me and then the clerk at the register took off $32 because he thought it was an opened item). I went to a website and tested my connection speed first and it showed about 1400 kbps download speed. After hooking up the sling link I registered a 9400 kbps download speed. Definitely a great find as far as I'm concerned.
  6. 8:52 eastern. Looks like a shadow starting to appear around part of the edge. It's not as sharp. Kind of cloudy here though, so I'm not sure how much we'll get to see.
  7. I was good at math until I got to calculus in college. Now I have a shortcut on my cellphone so that I can find the calculator faster.
  8. I realize this is an old thread, but just thought I'd reply since I'm relatively new to the forums. I'm active duty Navy. Enlisted in 94 and did 10 years as a PN before getting commissioned. Now I'm flying the mighty MH60S in Norfolk, VA.
  9. I set my video camera up and just record the tv and I think that the video quality is almost as good as you guys who use dazzle or whatever the hell it is. If I'm not mistaken, you have to use s-video or rca when you split the signal. I get good quality and still get to play in HD. I have vegas 7 for editing.
  10. I just want to see the Pats lose.
