Got mine for 8:40 Friday night. A couple guys that work for me are going to the midnight shows, but there's no way in hell. I can wait a few more hours.
-
FC is a good rate. You'll learn a lot about electronics and there are tons of jobs that FC's can do outside of their rate. At one time the SRB was as high as $50k, so that's something else to look forward to. Just remember, attention to detail.

Ahh, good old Great Lakes. I was there in October 94. Just remember that despite everything else they try to teach you there, boot camp is about one thing: ATTENTION TO DETAIL. If the Navy can't trust you to fold a t-shirt the way they tell you, then how can they trust you with a million dollar piece of equipment. Always keep that in the back of your mind and boot camp will be a breeze. What A-school are you going to?

I don't know if it will help you out, but when I installed the 2.0 software this morning my phone was deactivated and all it would do was let me dial 911 and I got a message in iTunes saying that it was unable to connect to the iTunes store. The way I got it to finally update "and activate" was to click another link in iTunes and then click iPhone. After doing this several times (each time it attempts to connect to the iTunes store), I finally connected and the update completed and it reactivated my phone.

I'm looking at the apple.com message boards and there seem to be a ton of issues, both with the new iphones and the 2.0 update for the old ones. I'm downloading the update, but I'm afraid to install it.

Is it that big of a download or is it going slow because everyone and their mom is downloading it right now?

Well, I know the other services did it before, but the Navy was never onboard with it. I'd be happy if they allowed that. I already have my degree.
-
That is great. Now I just want the Navy to get with the program and let me pass my GI Bill to my kids.

Yeah, tversity is nice. I had transcode 360 for a while, but it would piss me off. I don't remember why exactly, I just remember my stress levels dropping dramatically when I switched to tversity. http://www.tversity.com

Download tversity to your to computer, enable media server on your PS3 and voila, you're in business. You may not even need tversity. I downloaded it to stream movies to the 360.

They need to stop delaying the damn thing already. I head for Bahrain in November and I want some SOCOM before I head over there.

Supreme Court Rules: 2nd Amendment is Individual Right
Squid replied to BIGDANIEL's topic in Playstation
You cant really compare such a small town to big cities sure that may work when almost everybody knows everybody but when you have more than 50000 people you cant really use this as an example. as the population grows violent crime is more evident. I remember 10 years ago in Calgary, Alberta when our population was maybe 800000 people most of the time you didn't have to worry about walking downtown by yourself at night but now if you do that by yourself you are taking a very unnecessary risk and even if you had a gun and you are jumped by 5 people that may not have a gun first you are out numbered so you better hope you are Chuck Norris or something and two if they get your gun you are simply FUCKED.. so not having people carry guns is fine with me the more gun laws against just any old Joe walking down the street with a loaded gun the better. You're right, but Kennesaw is right outside of Atlanta and the population has grown a great deal and they continue the low crime trend. What it shows is that when there's a greater chance that when the owner of the house you're about to break into is probably armed, you'll think twice about breaking into it. You can't arm every house in the country, but what you can take away from this is that the crime rate would probably be the same or worse if Kennesaw didn't pass their law, so private gun ownership does serve to dissuade some violent crime. -
Even if your insurance doesn't cover it, go see a chiropractor. You're only looking at about $40 for an adjustment and you'll feel great afterwards.

I think that with this ruling, you'll see some challenges in state and local courts concerning gun bans. -
If you ask, I'll be honest and tell you if it's a RR or not.
-
That's 7 in this thread alone (I'm counting Shadowboxin too since Sal borrowed the link). I'm going to assume that at least 7 others clicked it but don't want to admit to it, so I'm going to claim 14 RR victims this time around, with more to come I'm sure.

I wouldn't call it misinterpretation. The definition of militia includes "the whole body of able-bodied male citizens declared by law as being subject to call to military service". That is pretty much the definition of selective service as well. Does this mean we should scrap the entire Constitution? Perhaps you should take a moment to read this article about "Gun Town USA" Kennesaw, GA. http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=55288 I don't know where you get this. While it's rare, I have read stories of armed individuals being in the right place at the right time and saving lives, but I can't recall one where they've cost more lives. -
If you don't like the wireless speed that you get, I'd recommend trying a slinglink. I've got a couple of these around the house and it's much better than the wireless signal I get. http://www.slingmedia.com/go/slt

Here's another good website with some info. I'm looking forward to it, but I've already got a nice system downloading and streaming. http://www.ps3movies.com

That's not even right.
