LOL. Poor Cleveland sports fans. Imagine if the Bulls beat the Cavs, thus assuring LeBron won't return. How many more years until your city wins a title in any sport.
-
1st round in the books. Still no Clausen...
-
Da Bulls held off the Cavs tonight at home in Game 3 108-106. This trims it to a 2-1 series lead for the Cavs. Anything can happen if we win Game 4 in the UC, then maybe pull off a win in Cleveland having the momentum in Game 5. The Baby Bulls aren't done yet.
-
Big 3-0 win for the Hawks in a must win game tonight in Nashville. Great performance tonight, behind another NIEMI NO-NO! We're going back to the Madhouse tied 2-2 baby!
-
How far is Clausen going to fall? We're talking about a top 10 projected pick, this is worse than the fall Brady Quinn suffered in the draft. No WAY he falls into the 2nd round, but none of the upcoming teams need a QB (except maybe Miami, but they're committed to Henne with White waiting in the wings). Someone will trade up and snag him soon I would guess.
-
WOW. Tim Tebow to the Broncos at #25! He went ahead of Jimmy Clausen and Colt McCoy AND in the 1st round. I'm shocked...by passing on Clausen moreso than McCoy, but still shocking he went ahead of both and went in the 1st round.
-
First Trade: Broncos trade - 11th overall pick 49ers trade - 13th overall pick, 4th round pick
-
1st real upset comes in the form of CB Joe Haden to the Browns at #7 overall. Solid pick, but they could have traded down and still got him 5-10 picks later.
-
So far all has gone according to the projected selections.

The crack of the bat, the roar of the crowd -- that's right, baseball's back, and the boys of summer and the PlayStation 3 are apparently setting up to become a winning team! ...OK, so maybe some of us here are bigger News Radio fans than baseball fans, but for those who are baseball fans, here's some exciting news: The New York Times reports Sony will soon be offering streaming Major League Baseball games on the PS3. According to the Times report (via Joystiq), Sony will announce today that they're bringing the MLB.TV service to their console. The service allows subscribers to watch live streams of out-of-market baseball games online, but not local games or games already being broadcast on TV (which, presumably, you wouldn't need a live stream to watch anyway). Access to the service will reportedly come by the end of the week, but a specific date of availability wasn't given. No pricing details were given, either, with the Times report simply saying that "users of the PlayStation Network online service will be able to gain access to the existing MLB.TV package." There are different subscription plans for MLB.TV on the PC, which run between $99.95 and $119.95 a year or between $19.95 and $24.95 a month. Interestingly, the New York Times also reported earlier this year that Microsoft was having "in-depth discussions" with ESPN to bring their online streaming sports service to the Xbox 360, but no announcements (yet) have come of it. With this MLB.TV deal, it looks like Sony is carving out ahead of their biggest competitor when it comes to streaming sports coverage on game consoles.

My Hawks need a win tonight, to take the series back to The Madhouse tied 2-2. Big momentum game tonight, hopefully they can solve Rinne. 4 goals in 3 games, for one of the NHL's most potent offensive units, is pathetic.

48" Sharp Aquos 1080p here. I find anything bigger feels too weird. I sit relatively close to my TV too when playing. When watching TV I sit way back because of the Surround Sound, but I use a Tritton AX 720 when I game.

The most excruciating part is the bone itself was still there, it ripped all the flesh/muscle/tendons off. I'm sure this theif is a recidivist and will end up getting his just punishment in the end. -

I usually do RTTS with a pitcher, so I don't notice the errors as much as a position player would. I notice a million balls that go up the middle, through my legs or just out of my reach though. I actually stopped playing RTTS because I was pissed off. Here is a post I made on VR's forums: So yeah, that's why I am not playing RTTS anymore LOL..

Hey Tool, I know you failed Spanish back in 1967 when you were in High School, but Latinas is feminine. -
After the Redskins recent off-season workouts and seeing the receivers he has to work with, new Redskins quarterback Donovan McNabb has been pushing the coaching staff to bring in free agent receiver Terrell Owens. Remembering their time together on the Eagles and the problems they had as teammates in Philadelphia tells you just how desperate McNabb is to have a good receiver in Washington. In 2004, the Eagles were 10-1 and Owens made it widely known that he wanted the ball more and it became an all out feud between McNabb and Owens that continued through the Eagles Super Bowl loss and beyond In the spring of 2005, Owens held out of camp, demanding the Eagles redo his contract. He harshly criticized McNabb, and said "I wasn't the guy who got tired in the Super Bowl." It divided the Eagles locker room that came to a climax when Owens and defensive end Hugh Douglas got into a physical altercation where punches were thrown. Coach Shanahan has said that the Redskins are not actively pursuing Owens. However, while coach of the Broncos, when the Eagles released Owens, he was one the few coaches interested in signing him. Shanahan was concerned about Owens' previous issues, but was willing to offer him a contract with limited guaranteed money so that he could financially control his behavior if it came to that. Shanahan considered it a huge mistake when the Cowboys gave Owens a contract that had considerable upfront guaranteed money. After acquiring McNabb, the Redskins have made improving the wide receiver position their first concern, but if another solution besides Terrell Owens could be found, they would rather not bring T.O. into their locker room. They are trying to bring the team together, not tear them apart.

The Bulls played their hearts out tonight, but were just over-matched in the end. I'm very psyched about what the future holds for the baby Bulls though! Bring in a big time free agent and this team is instantly a contender next season. They'll most likely have a new coach too as it appears Del Negro's firing is imminent at the conclusion of the season.

So true Churchy. Because someone is going to make the comparison, I'll just get it out of the way now...They are the NHL's version of the Cubs. I'm going to cry myself to sleep now, until the Hawks cheer me up Tuesday. :'(
