honestly, i'm going to be blunt here. thats fucking bullshit, 8th amendment clearily states, no cruel and unusaly punishment. and thats pretty fucking cruel. that also pisses me off on a number of levels, b/c i'm VERY strong in equality, and proper treatment of all.
