They haven't announced that they are gonna charge to play on the PC (so far), but the rumor is that's the reason for no dedicated servers. And the fact they probally lost over 10 million dollars with that map pack being free on the PC on the last MW. With it only being available via IW.net, they can get their $10 out of everyone...per map pack. You know there is gonna be several with this game. The only problem is that the PC gamers will not buy this game without dedicated servers. So trying to charge to play online and charge for map packs is only gonna hurt them in the long run. Sure, they will have some PC gamers buy the game regardless, but I would think about 80% of those that said they won't buy it in its current state will stick to that. Especially clans. They aren't used to console type of clan play, and they don't want to learn either. lol

Don't get me wrong, I'm really looking forward to the new DLC. Its all new to me since I've only played Confrontation. But its the principle of the thing. Its a shit sandwich, and I gotta take bite. Won't be the first time taking bite of the proverbial shit sandwich, and won't be the last. I just hope that because of Confrontation, Slant 6 is not trusted ever again to do another PS3 game. How about they deduct that $9.99 from the $60 we've already paid then go in and finish the parts of the game that are still unfinished and we'll call it even. After that I'll pay for DLC if I'm still playing the game and decide I want it. You paid $40 dollars for the game and $20 dollars for the headset if you bought the bundle. This DLC has been done for a long time it's the patches and Sony that have been holding it up for so long. Even it was the other way around, $20 for the game and $40 for the headset, they owe me $10 for the game since they never delivered. I'm completely with you Dan, they should have released this first one for free. Any after this one I would have no problem paying for it then. Your right, but if it wasn't for Ravenfall, I sure as hell would not buy shit. Since the majority of my fellow clan brethren will, I will go with the flow so I can play with everyone.
