This is why i don't reply to this thread anymore... First off what does this list have to do with anything other than McCain and the GOP has no REAL issues to talk about. Why don't you put up McCains dirty laundry list... Because from what I have seen on these threads, as far as you are concerned he does not have one. So it is pretty pointless. I just pointed out a lie that was being posted here as fact.... I guess I just don't have the stomach for gotcha politics. Besides you still haven't answered as to why more veterans organizations overwhelmingly support or give a better grade to Obama over McCain.

I quit posting on this thread long ago...But I cant let you spout lies.... It was found that Palin DID in fact abuse her power... She DID NOT get rid of a dirtbag out of uniform..Trooper Wooten is still a cop. She did however fire a very upstanding & honorable lawman. The McCain campaign has tried to spin the dismissal of Walt Monagan in some very BOGUS ways, the last reason being that he went around her back for more funding to investigate sexual assault. You'd figure that Palin being a female and all she would be more sensative to this issue.

So Stevens should be considered guilty before the investigation or trial are finished? Innocent until proven guilty no longer a right in America? You want Palin to convict Stevens in the court of public opinion? What happens if Stevens turns out to be innocent? House Representative Murtha convicted Marines of war crimes in the court of public opinion, so far all but one of those Marines have been exonerated and now Murtha as of two days ago is being sued in federal court for slander by one of those Marines. Not only is Palin correct to assume someone is innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, it's also a Constitutional right for all American citizens. The truth is, people have been fired, forced to resign, and some even put on trial and put in jail because of Governor Palin. Some of them were republicans. Barrack Obama knows people who are in jail too, they are campaign supporters and fundraisers for Obama. That's proven because Rezko's trial is over and he was convicted. I fully believe in innocent until proven guilty....But when you are campaigning as a MAVERICK that took on the OLD BOYS CLUB, and they were named by name (Frank,Ted ,and Don to name a few)..Such right wing hacks as Mark Levin, Newt Gingrich, & Rush Limbaugh have been recoreded citing this as one of her accomplishements. (Yes I listen to those idiots, I also watch Olberman, and listen to Stephanie Miller, Mike Malloy, & Ed Schultz on the left, as well as watch CSPAN, and listen to Ron Silver in the Middle because I likie to hear what all sides are saying) But back to my point... If you are going to claim that shit on your record and recieve kudos from the base, then why not speak out against them, after all she is a MAVERICK.... Well maybe she might of if he wasnt up for re-election......LoL.... Theres your MAVERICK... Remember all the house repubs that bit the dust when they where on the Clinton witch hunt... rember that??? The repubs that were exposed by low life Larry Flint. The just bowed out at the word of a pornagrapher....LoL... No investigation, No congressional probe...They just quit....This is kinda the same thing, except Ted BROKE THE LAW....But its ok, he's running for re-election.

So if it was as simple as you put it, then it should of been easy for him to answer the vet who asked him at a town hall meeting why he voted against the G.I. bill for thte last what? 5 or 6 years?? He had no answer...and did his stammering fool act...LoL... Why is it that Obama has better approval numbers than McCain among all the veteran orgs. I think that town hall video is on Youtube, go check it out.

Kissinger has even said Obama "mis-stated" Kissinger's remarks. I'm not a politician, so to me it's still called lying. 1st off Hog...I'm not going to let you spin this. I watched that round table discussion live on CNN. Kissenger was not specific on what level talks we had with Iran. He just agreed with the other former secretary's that we talk with Iran, however he was a little more hardline. Or maybe you can read the mans mind, you know what he really meant. You are just repeating his spin after the debate 2nd off about the 80% approval....Have you ever seen a map of Alaska?.. 3 of the 5 most populated cities or towns are in southeast Alaska, however 80% of Alaskas population are in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and surrounding suburbs, such as Wasilla, these are the areas that benifit from Palins' bridge to nowhere money she got to keep, as well as other state funds. Besides Alaska always votes Republican (well at least that 80% of the state), Ted Stevens, Frank Murkowski, and Don Young have run the show here for a DAMN LONG TIME.. I have lived here for the last 24 years of my life and they were reps before I moved here. Although the best Govenor we ever had (since I have lived here) was Tony Knowls, or was that just a trickle down thing from the GREAT Clinton years. Come up here and take a look a the govenors mansion and the thing that stands out is Every house around it has an Obama/Biden campain sign in thier yard....LoL.... I can take a picture and post it if you dont believe me. I'm sorry, I had to edit this post because I left out some shit, and felt I should add, to drive my point home... Did you watch the news when Palin was at ground zero and was asked to comment on Ted Stevens troubles, and she wouldn't....LoL...I thought she was the ONE that spoke out against the CORRUPT OLD BOYS CLUB....LoL... Sadly even though it has been shown that Stevens and Young are Total scumbags that McCain and Palin are MAVERICKS against, they wont call em out, most likely will be re-elected...Funny ennit..

Any of you fanboys catching on to what we Alaskans knew all along? i.e. HOW STUPID PALIN REALLY IS? it really is a SCARY thought that she could be president if Johnny kicks it... Makes me question the intelligence of the GOP base... I'm glad to see there is AT LEAST one well respected hard core GOP type that is questioning whether she should step down.... I will agree with Sid. The Republican party or at least thier leader (Bush) has turned socialist, and seems now to disagree with thier stance on smaller, less intrusive govt....LoL... You cant be a free capitalist society when times are good and not face the music when you fucked things up.....Bailing out thier failed policies would be rather commical if the ordinary joe (like me and you) wouldn't have to suffer the burden....Oh yeah, and as far as Palin goes I dont think I have to say much as the country is starting to get to know who she really is and how stupid she really is. Why dont all of you Palin FANBOYS ask her what she did with the money she got to keep (HUGE FUCKING EARMARK) after congress killed the bridge to nowhere. And kudos to Hog for the post on how Obama did NOT undermind a sitting pres during wartime. If I got that wrong sorry, I am still in a festive drunken mood...Its been party time here even though rome burns at home.

Been playing since 1980... I would suggest you learn as many open and alternate tunings you can...Keeps playing from getting stale... If you want a great quality low end guitar, look for an Epiphone LP standard or G400, Schecter, Ibanez, and LTD make very high quality low price axe's. I am a Gibson man myself. But do own a couple of Epi LP customs wich are VERY SWEET.

Governor that has a record fighting corruption in government. A record of being fiscally responsible. A record of reducing taxes on taxpayers. A record of fighting wasteful spending by the government. Man.....You just DONT know...I am to drunk to respond intellegently right now...But you seem to buy into the right wing propaganda pretty good.....Dont forget I live in Alaska, and as far as Southeast Alaska goes....
