They need to bag the ots veiw, and go back to the classic 3rd person, it can be done because its already there when your spectating. Zipper already had a perfect lobby/community since socom 2. Why try to fix somthing thats not broke. Other than that I would like to see a dot in the cursor.

just call linksys, they'll walk you right through any problem you might encounter. It has been my past experience that they are more knowlegeble and helpfull that both sony and my internet company combined.

And your are comparing this to who's standards? Certainly not Slant6 i'd hope. MW2 has the best looking 3rd person I have seen to date. Now the aiming is another thing. I hate the ots view (slant6 done this as well) and not being able to see through the scope. but the run-n-gun factor is there especially on akimbo, plus the ability to straif. I'd say it stands up to the current 3rd person shooter I dont play anymore...

Same here with the SCAR....the FAL is hard to commit to in respawn. Every auto out there has you beat, and until you unlock a scope for it.....it will be my fav I think as I was a G3 slut in MW. Thats cool, I like the semi auto...in MW my weapon of choice was the good old M14. swemi auto's at least for me are easier to shoot from the hip.

Been playing the MAG beta and I must say...Zipper done a good job. No lag I can see, and the maps and modes are pretty cool...the hit detection is awsome but then again I been sniping. Anyone else?

heres my take. I was a huge KZ fan. It was a nice break from the last months of socom 2 before S3 release. 1 thing I noticed is guerrilla games cares about thier product as well as the community that plays it. the dev team has a clan and they actually played what they created as well as moderate the KZ baords close to respond to any and all concerns and input.(at least they did during KZ). You'd think zipper, /6, and to some extent infinity ward would take notes and follow suit. KZ2 may not be for everyone, but will always have a fanbase because guerrilla games shows they are in it for more than just your $$$. thats just my 2 cents

are you kidding?? /6 proved that they are more incompetent than zipper,lets face it thier piece of shit is the worst incarnation of socom EVER. Any company that can fuck up a great game worse than zipper did with socom 3, is beyond me.

Ah...All you youngsters...Back in the bad old days the principal or gym teacher would take to the boiler room and give us hacks with a BIG paddle when we were bad. I was on the recieving end on a few of those hacks..LoL.. All in all IMO the kids remain better behaved. I believe that they should have public spankings for juvenile offenders like in some asian countries, rather than juvenile detention or probation. I worked in the juvenile detention field and can tell you we are just making better criminals.

Well this will be the last thing I point out on this thread. Hog, I do believe I read a post from you about the media reporting the testimony from a kuwaiti woman, about Iraqi soldiers pulling babies from incubators and what not, and than it turned out to be false. I remember those reports too.. What you failed to mention is that the media was just reporting on the Bush propaganda... You mentioned that it made you distrust the media or something to that point. Why not call out the source for utilizing terrorist tactics. The same thing happened even more so in Bush jrs administration. If I remember right NONE of the mainstream media questioned this propaganda and blindly reported it as it was being spewed. Albiet their motives were probably more for self preservation as not to be labeled un-patriotic, in a time of crisis, but they were fooled again. So when you question the media in the future keep that in mind. One of the best lessons I have learned from one of my high school history teachers is "always ask why, question authority, read between the lines, and think for yourself. In all honesty I was a Ron Paul supporter with Biden comming a close 2nd, but when it comes down to the 2 we have to choose from, Obama has proven by his actions and demeanor throughout the campaign that he is more fit to lead this country.
