    If you wanna eat a fast breakfast, go to the supermarket. ;D Everyone has fruit bowls that are prepared every morning. Get one of those and some yogurt, you are good to go! Great natural energy boost too. I eat that at least three mornings during the work week. Composure that's awesome. I do the same "diet" and got great results too. I haven't been working out technically yet. But I started playing softball and basketball again, working on the hosue has helped too. I probably going to go back to the gym in the next couple of weeks. btw...I put diet in quotation marks, because honestly it's how everyone should be eating anyway. I hate fast food chains, but my fat ass has used the hell out of them, just like everyone else. Cola, too.

    That's is GW's only quality I like. He is a regular ol dipshit, like most of the population. I could see the Harold and Kumar thing going down with Dubya. And he doesn't really try to act like he's above everyone else.

    I knew he wrote both those movies, but I didn't realize they were originally the same script. Thanks for the tidbit. Deathproof was the only movie of his I didn't care for. For the record Robert Rodriguiz did Planet terror, not Quentin. The feature was called Grindhouse, the two movies were Planet Terror and Death Proof. Four rooms was 4 different directors also. Quentin's room was the last room that was a remake of the old wager episode of Alfred Hitchcock or one of the others.

    5'8 205, down from 228. Forgot to post that. I kinda been cheating and have been taking stacker 2 on workout days. 3 days a week, loads of water, no soda(well mixed drinks don't count ;D). Stopped drinking guiness for a bit and switched to light beer. Mostly I cut out the snacking during work hours. Oh, and I've found it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you excercise PORTION CONTROL. I will say it's hard to only eat one cheeseburger when we cook on the grill. Oh and i have been eating a shitload of fish. I think I've grown gills. I feel yous guys pain. The clincher for me was, I was not going to buy a new wardrobe, when I had lots of stuff I have barely worn, but couldn't fit into. So far so good, but damn it's coming off slowly now.

    That's what I'm referring to. Axel may be a better showman on stage, but vocals are what count. Yes Chili, I am a GNR fan, I've seen them in thier heyday, we own all the albums, but I just like Scott's vocals alot better.

    I'd be down with this, but I woldn't be able to keep up. I started working out again this spring, I've already lost 25lbs, so the weight is coming off very slowly now. I'd like to drop another 20 to get back down to my old competition weight.
