It doesn't matter what connection you have on socom. Socom is the ONLY game where downloading porn and movies and playing makes you a better player. You know what you can say I am BSing this. But yesterday when we were practicing for the war we had a random guy who was like yeah i download to be a better player. His names lostcause lol. Anyways he was very killable didn't get a kill the first game he played then the second game he start doing all this BS downloads and he was teleporting left and right and got the most kills. Is that skill? I'm sorry but on most other games your connection really DOES NOT make you a better skilled player.

Yeah I would suggest to make it less rounds or shorter round lengths.

I talk to tons of people that experience lag and I and most of my clan usually start out in 8x8 rooms not big map rooms. Big map rooms are just unbearable.

Rocketlaunchers and Grenade launchers are cheap, F90's are cheap, FAMAS is cheap. Everything is cheap lol. If you want to run around and not see a PMN and get killed by it its your fault its not a cheap weapon. If we keep taking out things that are cheap, the game would be cheap too. The less features in the game = The less team work and strategy.

Oh I forgot to mention PMN mines - WTF why did they take them away? Why do you take away things in a game that worked fine? I mean did anyone have any problems with the other socom features other then lag? Like come on are these guys at slant six morons or what? Anyone with a half a brain would use their common sense not to take things away from a game that DID VERY WELL. I am talking about everything they took away. I mean if they took away features of COD 4 modern warfare and didn't put it in COD modern warefare 2 wtf? They didn't even add things to make the game better! Online only game and they can't make it right? Thats all they have been doing for 2-3 years now. WTF. I miss Zipper. I still enjoy playing with my clan and friends on socom but nothing like before. I remember when I use to run back home from work or college and couldn't wait to jump on socom and just play, doesn't matter with who just play the game! Now at times I DREAD putting that disk in my ps3 when that other game covers or disks are right next to it calling out COD, Halo 3, Gears of War 2... lol. I feel like crap, I feel like I am constantly cheating on socom.

I like COD4 more but COD5 is just as fun to me plus our clan moved over from COD4 so in one sense its not my likes its what the clan likes you know what i mean. But yeah I mean game play is a lot different yet still some what of the same engine so it is a toss up between them. Co-Op mode, ZOMBIE MODE!! is great additions to a game that didn't need it in the first place for people to play it. I've rarely noticed lag in the game not saying there isn't but that's my take on it compared to socom when the same exact people are playing in a room it is unbearable lag. Who's fault is it?

Man I should go and transfer every bank to my name and then just walk into the vault take all the money then go back and transfer it over back to them so I can deposit my money. LOL -
- Zipper didn't need to make themselves available because they put out a great game, that was TRUELY the best game out at the time and they were busy coming out with patches then get our hopes and dreams destroyed with all this feedback and nothing ever done about it.

Its not about having participants I think COD4 is out the door once COD:WAW came out. I mean having sign ups for COD 4 is like having sign ups for Socom Combined Assault. If I saw a sign up for COD : WAW I would put a application in a second. We have large numbers of our clan playing COD : WAW and still waiting on UF word on a tournament. With the amount of people on a game like COD : WAW compared to socom I think if we market UF to COD just like we did with socom, we can have the same or better results with COD. It's just about marketing to those gamers.

COD - Cartoonish? LOL Anyways. People flying across the map, spinning in circles, getting booted constantly, lag in general, peoples connections helping them be better players I got to say that is the biggest complaint I have. I've played with the SAME players i play on socom on other games and they aren't nearly as "talented" on those games and one shot kills them. I just don't understand when I get on socom i shoot them in the back they spin around after a whole clip is in the back and shoot me in the head! I know they have bad connections cuz they tell me. Just so sick of it at times. Like Junk said. Can't follow from friendslist, my XMB is maxed because of it, locking up in fights.

I can't wait. If you like modern and you liked it for the game play not the actually clothes in the game you will love Call of Duty : World at War. I've been playing socom a lot more because of jammin with the clan, UF Black and UF Horsemen but I do really miss COD:WAW especially when i see people flying across the map, spinning in circles and just plain out unkillable. I am very impressed with the first release of Call of Duties have no problems yet they come out with updates to make it even BETTER!. Thats what a gamer likes to see, games like COD, GOW, Halo releasing with little or no problems ;D -
I loved it, great experience. The only thing that sucked was obviously the lag issues socom was having but you can't foresee that anyway. We had a blast. There is No Hope In Dope = Thats for suddenredscare LOL

Im game. I only played gears a few times so far so dont expect much. ;D Its all good man. You pick up fast. I just take some time when i first on because I am switch between 3 games and controls lol

Thanks man we were playing in 4x4 rooms yesterday and we swept every team it was pretty interesting then we played myself and veg v.s red and sudden and we whopped them LOL
