Robert Bowling (Creative Strategist @InfinityWard), has been updating his 268,000 followers on Twitter about the current problem with MW3 cheats by asking for our help. Now, if you wanted to report those that you feel are ruining the game you can so “directly within the MW3 game”, and the reports immediately goes to the security team and are processed. You can read the latest updates via Bowling’s Twitter page, in which he continues to explain that hot fixeswill correct most problems in MW3, and they’re having daily meetings at Infinity Ward to “investigate causes and solutions”.
Interestingly he also states that bans are different for each user, and the “greater the douche” equals a longer punishment.
