And yes, the messianic way Obama is viewed and portrayed by some of his supporters is disturbing.

I disagree. I have been critical and have admitted wrong doings of both campaigns in this thread. Granted, I have admitted more wrong doings as far as the Obama campaign than the McCain campaign. But I have given at least an "ounce" of validity to the Obama campaign. I don't propose Obama does everything wrong, just most things.

RNC money isn't taxpayer money, it's money that is donated freely. Not like the $975 MILLION DOLLARS IN TAX PAYER MONEY Obama spent on earmarks as a US Senator in LESS THAN 3 YEARS, including one to the hospital HIS WIFE worked at. People are FORCED to pay taxes or face criminal prosecution. I mean, c'mon.... it's not like Palin painted her campaign plane and forgot to put the American flag on it..... like Obama did. Or spent money making his own Emblem like Obama did. Or gave money to ACORN that is being investigated in 13 states for voter registration fraud like Obama did. How does it go? Oh... wait, I remember. About the travel, that's factually inaccurate.

A memo sent to news organizations on Tuesday by the Obama campaign says credentials will cost $715 to $1,815, depending on whether electrical and phone lines are needed and whether an indoor or outdoor seat is requested for the event, which is expected to be held outside the evening of Nov. 4 in Grant Park. The only free admissions are for a “general media†area. But, the memo says, “Please note that the general media area is outdoors, unassigned and may have obstructed views . . . standing room only.†I wonder if that includes Chris Matthews and Kieth Olbermann.... Fired from covering election night coverage because their convention nights coverage was in last place and too biased. I posted that before, thought you read my posts? But the candidate who has been criticized for having a bunker mentality when it came to the national media can now lay legitimate claim to being more accessible than either Joe Biden or Barack Obama. In the past two days alone, Palin has answered questions from her national press corps on three separate occasions. On Saturday, she held another plane availability, and on Sunday, she offered an impromptu press conference on the tarmac upon landing in Colorado Springs. A few minutes later, she answered even more questions from reporters during an off-the-record stop at a local ice cream shop. By contrast, Biden hasn’t held a press conference in more than a month, and Obama hasn’t taken questions from his full traveling press corps since the end of September. We know Obama hates questions from plumbers, but now his worshipers in the news media too? What can Obama and Biden possibly be afraid of? Maybe it's time for another exclusive with Kieth (recently canned for being too biased) Olbermann or Chris (thrill up the leg) Matthews. Surely Obama and Biden can handle the softball questions those two hacks will serve up.

Peace bro'. You're right, some people will bitch no matter what, I hear them online everytime they die. I'm getting shot through walls but I tell myself "at least I'm able to play". And that's my only point. Glitches in the game are to be expected. Not being able to log in and play is unacceptable, and Slant 6 and all other game makers should and need to understand that. If we don't throw a fuss when a game doesn't work as advertised, then the next game will be worse, and so on, so on, and so on. They make games to earn money. We pay for games for enjoyment. If they make games that people can't play once purchased, then something needs to be fixed. Slant 6 is fixing the problem, which is good. WE are chewing on their ear which is also good. They took our money on the promise of something "fantastic", we should stop complaining when we get "great". But we ain't there yet.

Dang Dub, that's pretty harsh. We are just talking about a video game here. You don't happen to work for Slant 6? I just made a post on my clan site, it went like this: "the good news is it seems to get a little better every day". Today was better than yesterday, today was a WHOLE lot better than 3 days ago. I'm not so sure why you feel the need to defend a video game with such zeal. But to each their own. Just try not to let an opposing opinion bother you so much.

Mad? Oh yea, Obama is a bastion of truth..... Said he would accept government campaign financing if McCain did, and then didn't. Said he would debate McCain anytime anywhere, but refused to do so until forced by election laws. Has whined that McCain should defend Michelle Obama when she recieves unfavorable press, but when McCain's wife recieves unfavorable press, Obama is silent, all 3 times it's happened. Has lied about his stance of infantcide. Has lied about his stance on guns. His college transcripts are locked up like Fort Knox. His work at the CAC is locked up like Fort Knox. The fact is, when pressed, Obama lies to hide the truth. How anyone would think Obama cares about them when Obama has allowed his blood relatives in Kenya to live in poverty for years while he's writing books and becoming a millionaire is beyond me. And no CDBS14, I have never pulled anything off the McCain campaign website, haven't used anything from Hannity or O'Reilly. I have used reputable news sources.

WE HAVE A WINNNER Just understand Mustang, that even though you may prefer to stand on your own two feet and take care of yourself, there are some people who want the government to take care of them, to support them, to be the father to them they may have never had. There is now a whole generation of people who feel they are entitled to the the money other people earn, and it's pretty sickening too. And there are politicians who are willing to forcebly take that money from the well off and give it to the not so well off in a effort to build a voting block they can rely on. If I as a private citizen did such a thing, I would be called a criminal.

Is that your point? Buy something that doesn't work, and hang around until it does? Business' go out out of business it that way. Slant 6 should be ashamed of themselves, delaying a release, and then releasing "this". A online game that you can only play online, but in reality, you can't during peak hours. Tonite was my best night yet and it was night four, I played 4 hours and only got booted twice. Am I stupid? Or am I the only only one that see's a problem? I was actually glad to see what happen tonite actually happen. My first 3 nights I got two complete games in. I got more than that in tonite. So exuse me if I don't do back flips. I was ready to play more, but the servers wouldn't let me. Please, by all mean's, explain how I am suppossed to be happy with this.

Sorry Rev, go back and read that post again. I said things along the line of "my Commander in Chief conspired to mislead me" and that I was "furious". And I was referring to Congresional testimony at a Congressional hearing. I didn't blame the media for anything concerning what you have referenced. Feel free to quote me.
