i like almost everything they posted there.. but some things i do like in confrontation are: the armors and the encumbrance.. but it needs to be tweaked to actually work. character customization.. i know this is just style and not gamplay but who doesnt like to personalize the way his character looks? or does everyone wants to look the same? and one thing i would really love to see!!!! zoom in when behind objects... fuck wall camping!!!! when you get near cover your camera goes to First person that's it, so you're unable to move the camera and see what the hell is behind the wall you're at.<<< do you guys have any idea how much camping is done in this games just cause of being able to see the through shit? and NO, there's no skill required in waiting behind a wall in a hallway for someone to come pass through,(running so it takes like 2 seconds for him to be able to shoot,), and when he's near enough you just pop out and shoot.. i know socom has always being like that.. but i think it's fucked up!.. if you want to see WTF is out there.. stick your head out fucker and look! either that or make every building of glass so that way we even the playing field. that is not bash against camping.. i dont have an issue with that.. it happens, its a strategy, it,s the camping behind a wall that sucks! and even more.. people bitch when they somehow get shot trough it! which reminds me.. we should be able to shoot through walls then<which the already kinda talked about.. something about destructible cover.. so we'll see! that's all i can think of!

ass! still.. wow that fucking beta sucked!! first it took forever to dload. then i remember the servers crashed so we couldnt play that first day. i remember waiting for 10-15 minutes staring at the damn rotating symbol for the map to launch.. sometimes everybody left the room and you had to go back to the XMB, fight the network initialization and get in a lobby and wait again for the damn game to start! then your guy stopped to take a crap every 15-30 seconds and you would get the connection symbol. ohhh boy! the worst part where the excuses everyone kept giving.. this is just a beta, it's supposed to have glitches so /6 can fix them. the game will be much better! we where just trying to fool ourselves...

Yeah I tried it...But I wasnt much of a clan starter. Noone wanted to do the competitions and were running around like little kids, not being mature, talking trash over mics, ect... Yeah I did try to start a clan? so? Alot of people here have started clans and did really well (Mikejaxon and the boys at Uprising), son have failed(myself and some others).... But i did learn one thing about it.. It is hard being a clan leader and still be able to play the game... I don't think he was just talking about that thread. There's been at least one other with the "I'm taking some time off to get my head right" stuff. Good luck figuring your shit out koontz. yep.. and a few days after that thread you where still doing the same shit.. elite_seal, koontz....etc..

Sorry Johnson. My comment wasn't directed towards you. I was over on Socom.com and they have a Socom 4 section up now. There are already so many threads from people crying and whining about what they want. Threads wanting "Socom 2" back, etc. I'm just tired of people stuck in 1996. It's like going to a Godsmack concert and seeing some guy with a Mullet, sporting a REO Speedwagon shirt. I wish people would just step outta the past and let the game progress. I don't get what the point of re-releasing Socom 2 with prettier graphics is! If they were going to do that then there shouldn't be a Socom series. It should just be Socom, Socom Re-Release, Socom Re-Re-Release. Pay no attention to me, these are just the ramblings of a deluded mental patient. im one who agrees with you..i dont want socom 2 back i want what's supposed to be a next gen Socom!..better gameplay..i want way more..only thing i do expect is for the game to work.. e.g a fucking grenade toss with the left hand!! or be able to shoot out of the windows... better hit detection...NO RUN BUTTON!!!!!! -
