Amen!! Preach it Brother! I just traded in my Battlefield and COD discs along with a couple others and I'll have enough credit to get a new dualshock when Confrontation comes out. I'm sure the one I have now will be toast by next month, it's already feeling a little sloppy.

It's ALL about Confrontation. The other games I already have will be enough. I'll probably stop by and rent a couple. I'm actually eager to see Fallout. Most of the other ones didn't do anything for me. Sides, most of the other ones will be first person and getting to play Confrontation and getting a 3rd person view again made me feel so much like home, I don't think I can go back to another FPS.

All I know is the Pac-10 still gets no respect. Especially Oregon, they win in double overtime with a Freshman 3rd string QB that doesn't throw the ball, and the game gets glossed over with "and oregon wins in dbl ot" The Pac-10 is the Rodney Dangerfield of NCAA football. Nice job USC.

Our Texan did what Texans do, grabbed a bunch of beer and a couple chicks and holed up. He's reported in and is all good. I know of a couple others that haven't reported on the status of their homes but all living people were still living.

The best part for me is when CDBS14 was prone shooting at me and rolled and fired at the barrell next to him and killed himself. We got in the round results page and somebody said "oh they and a suicide, that's cool" and I called out "I'm claiming that on my kill total, he was shooting at me when he blew himself up" That part was funny.

The wife says "hey I have the Fringe pilot on the TiVo, wanna watch it?" So after reading some of your posts here I thought I'd give it a try. I'm thinking it's more like Alias meets X-Files. Suspense and Drama and wierd stuff, with a big "NO WAY" ending. I can't wait to see if, like Alias it keeps up the cliffhanger "NO Way" endings. IT's got the season pass on the 'ol TiVo now.

That would be 30 people, Cool, I'm in. Friday 2300 EST, and for us noobs, Friday 11 PM Est, 8 PM PST 15 15 leaders + their co-leaders would be 30.. no.? Yes. But as I posted and later highlighted, ONLY being the keyword here. ONLY the clan leader, or co-leader, would be able to participate. Meaning one spot for each clan. Either the clan leader or the clan co-leader. 15 clans = 15 spots. 1 spot per clan. That spot could be filled by the clan leader or the clan co-leader. So 15 clans and 15 spots. 15 ;D Well say one spot ONLY. The way I read it is ONE spot leader and one for a co-leader or clan rep. implying that regular guns from the respective clans aren't invited. Which I am all for. Every once inawhile Mom and Dad need to go out without the kids, that's all I'm saying

I switch between 2 bluetooths, during long seesions one won't last it out. But for a few hours every night, my Jawbone seems to be pretty good. HOWEVER, I really am looking forward to this new one.

The new player is nice. Just the addition of a pause button, almost as cool as a sliding door on the drivers side of a mini-van, almost. New tourney info is sweet. October can't get here soon enough. Lastly, and well most importantly, today is the day we remember that our freedom was challenged. Our freedom to be American. People who don't understand, who don't get what we're about challenged us Not to Forget what it means either. Never Forget. And Never stop being a Patriot!

The Proxy mic is an Awesome addition to SOCOM. You have to be careful as I know most here in UF follow the Win with Honor code, but running over a recent kill or any kill for that matter and saying something disrespectful could be a place to cause some problems. We have some NOW ex clan mates that seem to think it's cool to haunt our rooms and when they get a kill dance and talk shit. A couple obvious reasons why they won't be missed. Even though I have to admit some of the new dances are pretty funny. With that being said, shouting to someone "Hey watch out behind you" then when they turn, knife em, it's pretty funny.

Here's hoping that they add more. But for us, we're liking the changes. But I FOR one don't care, if problems persist come Oct. 14th, Then you'll hear me bitch.

I love it, I love it, I love it. That is posted on the news, and was posted Friday night. lol But to hear that they just weren't prepared makes me wonder if they ever read their own forums. Cause everyone's been chomping at the bit to play it, and everyone downloaded it as soon as possible. I even know w few people that took time off of work Friday to get downloading early. Using the previous math, 30,000 possible means the servers should have been prepped and ready to hold 60,000. That would be costly and for companies that are run with the bottom line in mind, the bare minimum is all that's going to be done.

I love it! You have to actually use skill to snipe. Very Cool! As for scopes, I am not giving away secrets . But seriously, the ACOG is awesome for anything close, like down alleys or along buildings.(This is also a factor of your TV setup. HDMI of a decent size is better then 19" TV with your PS3 hooked up to the coaxial) If you're shooting from the Lion Statue or Mercs Spawn Tower, medium scope actually works just fine. Biggest thing is learn the scope, learn what the lines mean. Also if you haven't noticed, if you're sighted in on a spot, and it's blowing to the left, the bullet goes a little left
