    although Socom looks good.. remember we are in the hands of a new developer.. i plan on keeping my CoD4 disc.. and i also plan on getting World at War when it drops.. and i too am a die hard socom fan.. been playing since early S1.. one can only hope that Confrontation is all we hope it is..

    503 doesnt really Haze recruits.. we pretty much give all a 30 trial .. they get the fresh meat rank in our clan.. and the fun begins.. but never really stops. As long as they are active and continue to show up for our meet nights.. all is well.. they kind of become part of the family..

    really this isnt cool to me.. i just got a 80gb w/ a game that i would actually play yesterday.. i heard drake was fun.. but totally not into it myself. And i have been pricing HDs for the ps3.. really you can get a 150gb for around $100... i get that this would be more expensive to buy an 80 then add an HD.. but if you have an older PS3 .. why not just upgrade the HD? most of us that had any interest in Drakes fortune.. already have it , beat it , and in some cases traded in already.. its always good to see sony giving us more options.. but in the end its just more money for their pocket.. lol

    currently Gamestop is offering an additional $20 on consolse so you could get up to 60 for it. You will need all cords and one controller each. If you get or have an edge card , that will give you another 10% or more. So my advice is to walk in 2 times each w/ a ps2 or walk in w/ both and bring a friend so you can use that deal 2 times.. 2 console bonuses, and 2 edge bonuses.. put them on gift cards till you ready to spend ...

    Pineapple express is forking awesome.. i loved it from the very beginning all the way through.. the critics say the first half is all comedy and its great .. followed by a second half that the director clearly was over his head on w/ action scenes.. but i thought it was great. Action was good.. and shit is funny .. If you are a seth rogen fan then go see.. this movie is for sure not going to let down the Apatow / Rogen fans... as for Tropic thunder.. looks great too .. have yet to get to see it however i have read that stiller had been perfecting this for years... so it should be good for the stiller fans..

    i traded in a shit load of stuff today : well i traded in : PS3 Orange Box Warhawk and Mic Resistance fall of man rainbow six vegas PS2 PS2 System 2 memory cards 2 controllers 25 to life w/ soundtrack socom combined assault 1 controller Xbox Project Gotham racing Wii Resident Evil 4 Traded it all in and got an 80gb metal gear solid bundle.. w/ edge bonus and whatever else they got going on.. and a lil extra help i got 185 off for that list of stuff.. still have yet to play MGS4 or even open it up .. but i got it all set up like before w/ same PSN ... inadub

    did you get a 60gb frisco? same set up just new? and did you have to pay anything? i use my SD and MemoryStickDuo slots all the time.. not to mention that 3 of my 4 usbs are always in use..

    lol yup.. and sorry to say it wasnt planned.. phone rang and i walked away.. apparently my kid clicked submit before i could finish.. but yea i am considering buying a replacement HD and trying that before sending out to Sony.. if i can fix and upgrade HD space for half the price.. then im all for it.. Oh yea did i mention that CoD4 is in it.. and it wont even stay on long enough to eject.. :-X

    well its weird.. it flashes both red and green.. which some what resembles yellow.. and then goes to the red flashing.. Sony insisted it was an internal issue beyond HD.. but i am about to

    so its true.. mine did the old Yellow light of death . It comes on.. beeps 3 times, then continues to flash red till you push power again.. Sony will replace for $150 w/ in the next 20 days.. so i am goin to do that and go buy a 40gb tomorrow.. Not that i will be missed for a few days.. but just in case some of you noticed my disappearing act... you now know why.. anyone else have this same issue? any ideas on fix? i feel like the HD wont spool up and that might be my prob.. i might go buy another HD and try that before sending off to Sony.. any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated..

    The JAVASCRIPT that makes the window move like that is simply resizing and moving locations.. its not even a pop up.. this is just elementary computer stuff here.. and has gone WAAAY to far.. i got owned like everyone else.. seems like the lesson of checking link location in status bar is a must now and this topic should be dead after that.. again.. we are all at UF for tourneys and entertainment.. not all see entertainment the same so lets all focus on what we can all agree on.. tourneys..

    there is nothing about this link that should or would shut down a healthy pc. Its a pop up window.. thats is.. it does have some scripts to make it dance around your screen.. but nothing malicious or harmful can come from that link... if you are at work.. this is all the more reason to look at your links in the status bar before clicking... this will save you from any more frustration.. or problems w/ boss.. regardless of what links posted on ANY site.
