Well that girl that blew out her knee was not faking, if you watch the replay you see it actually blow out. Then she tried to get up and it just gave out. I have blown my knee out before, it actually looks like that when you try and get up. As far as the last obstacle course, I think allot has to do with certain competitors just gassing themselves out until they catch their breath which usually gives the trailing competitor a chance to catch up. I would like to see teh games change from week to week ,maybe coming up with diffrent challenges eveyr week or atleast thrown them into the mix.......But I wacth it mainly for my girl Crush.

Assume its live, you can never be sure, there are reports of Grenades and other devices from WW2 that still blow.....it does look like a training grenade, so its always wise to side with the side of caution.....Have commander Fury pull the pin on the podcast:)
