Lockdown, This is all great info man, Thanks alot everyone. My goal at first was to shed some pounds. But I also wanted to build some muscle. I was thinking it is easier to turn fat into muscle so i should do weight training to get both objectives done. I run on an olyptical machine and Use my bowflex for weight training. I will be getting a Home gym pretty soon but set some goals that i want to achieve before I get that. To kinda give me more incentive to keep at it. If Im wrong in the thought of turneing fat into muscle is easier, please let me know. I compared muscle milk to slim fast and was suprised that it seemed slim fast had more stuff in it then MM. Protien was lower but everything else looked better. I quit smoking THE WEED and havent smoke a cigrette in 2 years. Now after quitting I put on a few extra pounds Id like to shed and then some. Now no weed...no crazy think im dieing while running spells ;D .

Is it just me or does load times seem to be never ending...not talking game loads...just on your other screens like friends and stats and that. Mabey Im froze.

DAYUM, I wanted to work out not do math LOL j/k. Thanks for the good info. I tried whey...and holy crap that shit is horrible to get down. I have a huge canister of it but cant bring myself to try it again LOL. I cant really eat a meal after working out becouse my lifestyle rite now only offers me MORE time at night then anything else. I start at Midnight usually if not later. Eating at 1:30 2:00 is no Go LOL. So the jist I got is that they will have the vitimins but def. not a sure fire way to build. As long as it is possible to help, I can get these at no cost so i think Ill keep at em for a while.

So these are better for drinking in the morning? Or does it matter? I was thinking the 25 grams of protein might help with muscle building. But Im a newb on this stuff. I gotta read up some.

Whats your thoughts on this? (*cough* "D"! *cough*) Pepsi Just started carrying this product so I actually got to try it without having to buy a 55gal drum(exaggeration). These are 14oz I believe, and come in Chocolate, Chocolate Lite, Vanilla, Vanilla Lite, Banana Creme, Strawberry & Cream, and Chocolate Malt. I ordered in everything but the Light ones. I probably should have got all of them but oh well. Now I tried a couple, The choc malt and vanilla. They were alright to drink but I wanted to know what you guys thought of them if you have had them. Are they really supposed to help build muscle? Thats my interest rite now. I am starting to build as of late and thought about having one after every night or working out. By the way, These Retail for $2.99 The Pepsi guy told me he didn't expect them to sell in convenient stores and he would take them back when they out date but I sold a few in the first day.

It is now, it wasn't always. Ohh, and thanks for pointing out there is a XBOX section, I'll take a look. ;D I'm not bashing anyone. Hell I wish I had some extra cash so I could get the 360. I think its a great system. I just always thought this website was originally founded on SOCOM, on the PS2. Correct me if I'm wrong. Socom changed, so UF had to change or it would get boring. ABOUT BR- I have to say that I have only watched Dark Knight so far and I didnt watch it in SD too. Before I drop my final verdict I really should watch both formats side by side. Its unfair for me not to. Does anyone else think that normal TV shows suck on LCD tvs. I wont watch anything unless its in HD on our LCD's. Just so no fucknuts bitch that I watch on a POS TV: (Not all mine, Brother in law next door too) - Sony 46 in. (Diagonal) Class LCD Full HD (1080p) Television, BRAVIA® - Phillips 42 in. LCD Full HD 1080P - LG 32 in. 720P LCD Im not saying that the picture is unwatchable on SD, Just It seemed better on my old tube tv.

I do have both systems. I enjoy both, but for different reasons. But nothing about that. I want to talk Blue ray LOL I have a good tv. I have full HD Im hooked up with HDMI cable and I am seeing it at 1080p 42", Im not saying its not better then SD...Im saying I dont see it worth $10 more for a dvd. Although I buy EVERY dvd there is on SD because of our store so i wouldnt care to have both SD and BR. But I just dont see it as being worth it. Im not a huge movie watcher anyways though. BTW, IrishBull, Take a look at UF a bit better. UF is not just a socom tourney. But with closed minds it may only be. UF is a host of X-Box as well. Take a look. There is a seperate forums as well But really this shouldnt go back to ps3 and x-box....Im strickley talking BR.

Honestley I could give a crap about BR or HD. I have watched some BR movies and...WOOPTY DOO. It is not worth a single cent more than SD dvd.Yes it is a little clearer and more crisp but not worth the extra money at all. The best part about it, is being able to say I have it on BR...thats about it. And I bought MY x-box to play flawless games, not to watch dvds Im suprised Im not waiting for a patch so the BR player works on my ps3 Ok back to the topic ;D

I did pretty good...its about how you press the keys...dont just press and hold...you have to baby the keyys a bit..i didnt do excelent but i did alright ...cramping in my hands though LOL.

well, sounds like someone has a giant friggen rainbow over him ;D I noticed my sound not working rite away and was told that alot of others were having the same issue. It was playable...just annoying.

well that site shows that I have 512 installed which is correct. I am going to add the other 512 and see what it says. I am also going to do the battery bios thing. But HELL, I am getting a new PC still because I spent hours looking at motherboards, but now I can take my time and get something real nice to build. ;D

I guess, hell with the processor. I didnt relize mine sucked as bad as it does compared to the new ones. The 3.06 made me think it was better then the 2.66 quad. Apparently I was wrong LOL. Man oh man I can make this expensive fast LOL.

To check my ram I do the folowing, Right click my computer, Go to properties and it is under general tab I believe. This says Pentium 4 3.06 and then says 256mb Ram No matter how much ram is in the machine. It says 256 if I have a 512 chip in and it says 256 if I have (2)256 and (1)512mb at the same time. I am almost positive that my pentium 4 3.06 processor uses a 775 socket set and that is the same as the NEW motherboard I will get if I need a new PC. This PC is a dell and is not very upgradeable. I always said my next one I wanted to put together myself for the learning experience and the advantages it will bring me. So If my shit is only using 256mb ram, I want to fix it or build a new PC using my old processor if possible. Make sence?

well, I pulled all ram out and put just (1)-512mb chip in and i checked it again and it says that I have 256 still. Is there another way of testing whats in there? Alson, If i build a new pc...can i reuse my processor. I have a pentium 4 3.06GHz The mother board I want is http://biz.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3523225&sku=E145-2034 And If I can use my old proccesor.....can I also use just plug in my hardrive and have the OS work too or do i need to reload a OS?
