yeah i couldnt get it tonight either. came pretty close a few times.

yeah just fly a chopper up to it and jump out and you can land on the roof. You can see the entire city from up there its pretty cool. I almost landed a chopper on top of an airplane when it was in the air flying too! lol i was bored last night..
