I don't see were there is a difference in the acoustics, I hear the footsteps now in SOCOM and you can't hear a bomb go off on the other side of the map? This maybe what they are talking about = that when the enemy get's close enough you could hear what they are saying and this would be for the multi-player game. I guess similiar to the perk on COD4 were you can hear the enemy communication if your close enough. :-\ -
